We are proud to present our stunning spacious 3 bedroom villa in Manta Rota which sleeps 6 (plus a cot) and has been thoughtfully decorated and equipped with all the essentials and home from home extras to ensure you have a fabulous and unforgettable holiday. This 3 storey house offers accommodation for up to six people (and a baby!) and comprises of 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, lounge, dining room, modern fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and WC on each floor, private garden with furniture and Barbecue. The property boasts a roof top terrace, a terrace on the first floor both with gorgeous views and each with their very own sun loungers. There is air-conditioning throughout the home, secure off street parking and easy access to local interests and activities. Bed linen and towels are also included. There is a gated shared swimming pool with sun-loungers exclusively for residents where you can enjoy a carefree swim, take time out with a good book or simply soak in the sun. The house is within a 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket & the award winning Blue Flag Manta Rota beach with its soft sandy beaches.

Why A.Mark chose Manta Rota
We fell in love with Manta Rota when we went over in 2007 and we were so pleased when we managed to purchase our lovely Townhouse. Manta Rota is an unspoilt Portuguese village with the most gorgeous sandy beach just a leisurely 10 minute walk away. It is ideal as we now have a 7 year old son who loves the beach and sea and the Portuguese love children!. All local amenities are nearby too including the butchers, restaurants/cafes and low key bars. It's absolutely perfect for us. Whilst we enjoy the peaceful location, if we do want to liven things up a bit and and do something a bit more active, we only need to drive a few kilometres to find it and it's also just a 15 minute drive to Spain...perfect!
What makes this House unique
Other than those already mentioned, we have found the security of being within a gated condominium containing just 12 houses a huge plus. Ideal for families visiting with children. When you arrive at the property, you also benefit from the secure off road car parking space as well. Even if you don't want to go out to the beach, you can still take advantage of the residents swimming pool and your very own BBQ lazing in the sun.

Fine place with nice pool
We had a fine time in Manta Rota, a quiet place at a beautiful beach. Our house was fully equipped, well-maintained and Kate gave us a helping hand at the beginning. Thanks for a lovely stay!
Uma casa fantástica inserida num condomínio fechado muito sossegado.
A casa tem todo o equipamento necessário para quem quer fazer as refeições todas em casa. Principalmente no quintal, nós fizemos quase sempre as refeições no quintal.
É a casa que muitos de nós gostaríamos de ter para viver!
A Casa é um pouco quente, mas como têm ar condicionado em todas as divisões resolve!
A sala se fosse totalmente ampla era mais aproveitada, uma vez que quem está a fazer refeições não pode ver TV.
É referido que são 10 minutos a pé, eu diria uns 15 a 20. Quem tem crianças é melhor ir de carro, principalmente quem leva mais do que uma toalha.
Tem um lugar de estacionamento para cada casa mas no exterior não há problemas de estacionamento.
A praia de Manta Rota é espectacular.

Uma excelente casa de férias para a família
Uma casa fantástica equipada com tudo o que é necessário num empreendimento muito calmo e agradável. Com um lugar de estacionamento mas com facilidades de estacionamento no exterior. A casa que muitos gostariam de ter para viver. Tanto a casa como as zonas comuns bem limpas e cuidadas. Excelente para quem quer passar umas férias calmas em família. No maior supermercado da vila dá para comprar de tudo aos preços dos hipermercados das cidades próximas. Talho excelente. A casa fica a uns 15/20 min a pé da praia. Para quem tem crianças e leva mais do que uma toalha e um protetor será melhor usar carro não havendo dificuldades de estacionar perto da praia. Já repetimos 3 anos seguidos e vamos continuar!

Na vila tem um supermercado com preços ao nível dos hipermercados onde se pode comprar carne e pão também.
Não é em cima da praia, mas é por isso que as noites são calmíssimas. Os ingleses dizem que é 10 minutos a pé, eu diria uns 15 a 20. Quem tem crianças é melhor ir de carro ou bicicleta para a praia, principalmente quem leva mais do que uma toalha e um protetor solar!
Tem um lugar de estacionamento para cada casa mas no exterior não há problemas de estacionamento nem de segurança. Estivemos lá 3 anos seguidos e é para continuar!
Quem ainda não conhece a praia de Manta Rôta, nem sabe o que está a perder!
Great part of Southern Europe
Great house. Clean, well maintained, well equipped, large kitchen inc. washing machine, dishwasher, bathroom facilities on 3 levels, large dining table, selection of UK / European TV, BBQ, private outdoor space on 3 level, good size communal pool, designated parking spot.
Easy walking distance to sandy beach, 2 towns, food market, train station, good selection of bars & restaurants. Great value for money in this part of Europe when drinking / eating out.
If you have a car also easy access to a variety of places along the coast in both directions.
Great place for whatever you choose - relaxing or activity filled holiday. Ideal for group of 2 or up to 6 people (plus travel cot sized little people) without the house feeling too big or overcrowded.
Definitely looking to go back - I have already visited twice so I guess that is a recommendation in its self!!
Manta Rota on the Eastern Algarve is a small, unspoilt village boasting one of the longest and the best Blue Flag beaches on the Algarve.
Manta Rota has many bars, restaurants, cafes, shops,a butchers and a supermarket (selling fresh bread and pastries) all within easy walking distance of our holiday villa.
It is a short ride away to the busy Monte Gordo (8 km) with its casino, the historical Castro Marim with its prominent castles and Vila Real de Santo Antonio (10 km) with its picturesque marina located on the Guadiana River.
It is from here that you can catch a ferry which will take 10 minutes to cross over to Ayamonte in Spain with its relaxing atmosphere and numerous tapas bars/restaurants.
If you are looking for fresh fruit, vegetables and fish, the nearby Vila Nova de Cacela holds a small farmers market most days.
A 10 minute drive will take you to Tavira, steeped in culture and history and also the modern with its great shopping mall where you can find everything you need.
Other Activities: Relaxing by the pool or on the beach, or simply enjoying a glass of wine with the BBQ

Benamor (5 miles / 8kms) 18 holes, Par 71, 5497 metres designed by Sir Henry Cotton was the first course to open east of Tavira and Faro;
