About this property

Our remodeled 3 level Gulf Coast rental is perfect for a family get away or a quiet couple retreat. Our lower level offers storage, covered parking, BBQ grill and a perfect summer seating area. We also added 1 stand up paddle board/ 1 kayak to get out and enjoy the bay more, disc golf, corn hole boards and other toys/beach gear. The second floor offers a very comfortable living area with a queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen Smart TV, sideboard/buffet, deck with seating, full kitchen, half bath and laundry. The third floor offers two full size bathrooms and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a new queen size bed, overstuffed chair, deck with seating and a full master bath with closet and plenty of cabinet space. The second bedroom has new twin beds, closet and dresser space with the second bath just out side in the hallway. Both bedrooms have TVs for the rainy day you might have to stay inside and be entertained.

The Innerarity Point Townhomes is a small gated community surrounded by water. Our condo overlooks the Old River Bay, with lush vegetation and amazing birds, dolphins and stingrays. Just across the parking lot, all guests have full access to a small beach on the Perdido Bay. Wildlife watching is great on both bays. We also have a wonderful pool area and small clubhouse with a stationary bike, elliptical and treadmill to keep you moving.

We are just minutes from all that Perdido Key and the surrounding area has to offer. Visit the National Naval Museum, home of the Blue Angels or spend the day walking the endless white sugar sand beaches at Johnson Beach State Park, Perdido Key State Park or one of the many public access beaches just a few miles away.

If you want to stock the kitchen or just need some basics for your stay, our local grocery & liqueur store, Publix, is at the entrance to Innerarity Point Rd. There is also a Winn Dixie north of the same intersection. If you want to dine out, there are several great restaurants & pubs within 20 min. or less.

We put a lot of consideration into our townhome and are constantly improving; please enjoy our quite yet convenient location. Don't hesitate to contact us to discuss your trip, any needs you might have or any suggestions you'd like to make.

We were very happy with our stay at this property. The area is quiet and felt safe. We were very pleased with the location and spent lots of time at the nearby Rosamond Johnson beaches. The condo has several opportunities for activities without leaving: kayaking, swimming, indoor games, etc etc. Lots of little details around the condo made it feel welcome: binoculars, books, coloring activities, beach gear, etc. Well stocked kitchen with all the dishes/pans you need to cook at home. Updated, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of four to spread out a bit from each other on rainy days. This was a wonderful spot for our trip to FL and we would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Fun Place to Stay!

This was one of the most enjoyable trips to the beach our family has had in a long while. The hostess was so helpful and accommodating. It was a different experience staying at the bay vs the usual condo on the beachfront. Located in a nice, clean, quiet gated community this wonderful place was only a short drive to beautiful Johnson Beach park. There was so much to do around the condo. The community pool was within walking distance as was as the little beach on the bay where we enjoyed the paddle board & kayak provided.

Perfect

My family and I do a lot of Florida vacations but the 1st time in this area. The location of this townhouse was perfect for what we wanted. The area is easy to navigate. Carol was very easy to communicate with and responsive when I had questions. The townhome is very nice, located in a good area. All of the furniture including the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. The pool is an added bonus. It is a short walk from the townhouse. The pool was never very busy which was an added plus. It was clean and had plenty of chairs for relaxing. If available we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area. Thank you Carol for sharing your home with us! Robin

Quiet stay

This location was fantastic to stay at for the price and beautiful scenery. The host, Kc, was super helpful during the whole process. Would recommend this place.

We are a Colorado Family from the Vail area! My husband grew up in Florida and I grew up in Colorado. We have been planning our retirement and have decided to enjoy our winters in Florida. My husband is a retired police officer/Sgt. from Vail and I am a retired firefighter/Deputy Chief from Avon. We love the white beaches and proximity to restaurants, local attractions and events. Our two daughters and their familys love the area and cannot wait to spend their Spring and Fall vacations at Innerarity Point as well. One son-in-law is from New Zealand and appreciates the proximately to the water and golf; our other son- in-law is from Michigan, loves Disc Golf and can't wait to play local courses. Both sons-in-law are doing the research to find the best craft beers to go along with those activities! On their first visit both grandsons went crazy playing in the bay and beaches, visiting the Naval Museum and eating! - there are some very good restaurants in the area and fresh sea food is abundant. We look forward to enjoying our home and hope we can share it with other families. Innerarity Point is really a very unique area.

Innerarity Point grabbed our attention for its privacy and location. The natural beauty and surrounding water is perfect without the busy traffic of some main street beach front properties that we had considered. All the local attractions are just miles away and very convenient.
