Charming light and spacious attic apartment with a fantastic large terrace. It is located in Atarazanas Street, stunning location and accessible at all times. It has 2 bright bedrooms, one with doble bed 140 cm and direct access to the private terrace of 40 m2 from where you can enjoy the city skyline, views to all traditional buildings such as the cathedral, Muslim castle and other monuments. The other room has twin beds of 90cms. It has one toilet with big shower, living room with integrated kitchen in modern design and direct access to the private terrace. The whole flat has air conditioning and heating.

Its location is a quiet residential area during the night. Moreover, the area is very authentic and cosmopolita, the street connects the historical center with the new expansion of the city. It has all the shops and conveniences in one step. You may find a lovely mixture of traditional and contemporary commerce. It is on one step to Alameda Principal and to well known Calle Larios. Including all the museums, shopping and restaurants.

We have as a neighbor the best fresh everyday market of the city, well known as Atarazanas with its recently renewed door from its origins Nazarí style.

Within walking distance of 15 minutes to the beach, to the train and bus station. There are a few parkings around, do not hesitate to ask any doubts.

We recommend you to enjoy from here Easter, Feria and any other events of the city.

The house is fully equiped and spacious for all the family.

Comfortable Apartment and Convenient Location

My wife and I recently stayed for five nights at this apartment.It is furnished to a very high standard and the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped should you,in the unlikely event, want to eat in ( there are so many good tapas bars and restaurants near by).The rooms of the apartment,which was spotlessly clean,are light and airy and there is the added benefit of the large terrace which gives very good views over the city and is an ideal place to unwind with a drink in hand.

What made our stay even more pleasurable was the help that Palma gave us.She arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport and met us promptly at the apartment-a most re-assuring start.Palma was,also,a source of useful information about the local vicinity and Malaga in general.A great"hostess".

We would recommend,most wholeheatedly,this apartment and hope to return in the not too distance future.

A very comfortable, well priced apartment in a perfect location. It is within easy walking distance to all that Malaga has to offer. Palma made all holiday arrangements very easy. The outside space was exceptional. Malaga itself was wonderful with plenty to see and do. We would have no hesitation to recommend both the apartment and Malaga. We are hoping to return and would definitely book this apartment again.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Terrasse

Wir haben insgesamt 10 Tage im Apartment verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah mit sehr guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Den Badestrand erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten. Hervorzuheben ist die wunderschöne große Terrasse der Wohnung. Netter Kontakt zur Vemieterung, steht einem bei Bedarf gerne zur Seite. Würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder wählen, sehr empfehlenswert.

Confortable appartment with big terrasse

Beautiful appartment with a big terrasse. Well located : in front of the mercado and near the Centrum of the City (shopping, museum, site visits,...) and the sea side.

Good equipment and furnished, the appartment is very well equiped. Last but not least Palma (our hostess) was very kind, attentioned and welcoming. We strongly recommended this location !

Located in the central Atarazanas Street which links the traditional Malaga Historical Centre and all its charm (shops, museums, restaurants, buses, park, harbor, etc.) with a an extension of the city área populary know as El Corte Ingles (like the famous super store), the train stations, bus station and local buses. This flat has the conveniences of being right in the center but on a quiet and safe accesible area.

In this Street you may find old traditional shops and also the contemporary like the ones in Calle Larios at about 20 meters. The most representative building of the área is the traditional food market Atarazanas, built in 1879 on the site where it was a naval workshop of Moorish origin, of which the marble door and hence is still part of the past. It has being restored in 2010, the new works have improved the equipment enclosure, replace roofs by a translucent roof and similar in appearance to the original (pre-1966 reform) and have also included the commissioning in value Atarazanas door tasting and appeared in archaeological remains underground. In the restoration works have included the 108 panels of stained glass by the Atienza brothers in 1973 representing different monuments.
