Because it is one of the very few terraces in town and it is lovely to experience it and feel in the center with all comodities around, nice and save traditional historical neighborhood area. With the comodity of having the supermarket and the Fresh Daily Market in front of the house. At one step to all local buses and from a walking distance to the train and bus station. The house is fully equiped and spacious for all the family.

This is a fantastic apartment in a wonderfully central location. Palma is an excellent hostess. Terrasse is very large and very well furnished. All in all, full marks.

This is a great central location and a lovely apartment in Malaga
This is a modern two bedroomed comfortable apartment with a fabulous terrace which is almost completely private - great for sunbathing and eating. The apartment was spotless and well furnished etc...with great A/C. The terrace furniture is a bit worn though and some pieces need replaced. However this did not detract from our enjoyment. The location is perfect for exploring the city and within walking distance to the beach areas. Although we did not meet Palma she was responsive to texts and very helpful.

Located in the central Atarazanas Street which links the traditional Malaga Historical Centre and all its charm (shops, museums, restaurants, buses, park, harbor, etc.) with a an extension of the city área populary know as El Corte Ingles (like the famous super store), the train stations, bus station and local buses. This flat has the conveniences of being right in the center but on a quiet and safe accesible area.
In this Street you may find old traditional shops and also the contemporary like the ones in Calle Larios at about 20 meters. The most representative building of the área is the traditional food market Atarazanas, built in 1879 on the site where it was a naval workshop of Moorish origin, of which the marble door and hence is still part of the past. It has being restored in 2010, the new works have improved the equipment enclosure, replace roofs by a translucent roof and similar in appearance to the original (pre-1966 reform) and have also included the commissioning in value Atarazanas door tasting and appeared in archaeological remains underground. In the restoration works have included the 108 panels of stained glass by the Atienza brothers in 1973 representing different monuments.
