This is a beautiful, light and spacious apartment finished to a very high standard. Built on an exclusive development of only 39 apartments, it is situated close to the Fontana Canal & Marina. The Arenal sandy beach is only a 5 min walk, where you will find numerous bars, shops & restaurants. The apartment offers a fully fitted kitchen including all appliances. The living area is both large & spacious with sliding doors leading to a large covered balcony with views of the Montgo Mountain. Each of the 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with the master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, bath & shower cubicle. The other 2 bedrooms are twin bedded. The apartment is fully air conditioned with its own internet WiFi connection. There is also a blu-ray player & 5.1 home theater. The complex is both secure & well laid out offering a well equipped children's play area, children's pool & swimming pool.

Nearby areas of Interest and Tourist attractions: Javea is less than one hours drive by car to Benidorm, which has many attractions for all ages, including 'Mundomar' an animal water park, 'Aqualandia' a theme swimming park and 'Terra Mitica' a large fun park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful historic village of Guadalest set in the mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar', other nearby towns include Moraira, with spectacular coastlines and varied entertainment, Denia with its large port offering daily trips to the Baleric Islands, Calpe with its legendary 'Calpe Rock' jutting out of the sea, Benissa and Teulada.

Nearby Golf Courses: The apartment is ideally situated for those guests who enjoy a relaxing round of golf. Javea has its own Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes and there is also Club de Golf Ifach Moraira again with 9 holes. Further away there is Club de Golf La Sella in Denia with 18 holes and the famous Seve Ballesteros Club de Golf Oliva again with 18 holes.

Getting around: Although it is possible to get to the beach, supermarket and restaurants without a car, it is strongly recommended for getting around in Spain. If you are renting from Alicante airport I would recommend Centauro rent-a-car whose details can be found on their web site.

We absolutely loved the apartment and location. The flat has all the amenties for a family which makes life so much easier. Swimming pool was fab and we spent hours in there and the location is excellent too with a short walk to all the main bars and restaurants. Mark answered all our questions promptly, gave good directions and assistance where needed. Thoroughly recommend it and hope to stay again. Madndy

Perfect apartment, better than expected!

Mark has thought of everything. Lovely apartment with lots of room, great air con, fab balcony with views of swimming pool. Short walk to beach & bars & pretty along the canal. The apartment is in a pretty, quiet spot with plenty of parking. Feels very secure as front gate is locked with intercom access & a lift when you have all your luggage. Bathrooms are spacious and all kitted our with hairdryers & even a diffuser (I have curly hair!) fantastic all round. Would thoroughly recommend. We were a group of 5 - 78 yr old, 56 and 3 16 yr olds & it worked well. Many thanks Mark and Patricia!

Great Apartment

We had a great stay in this clean comfortable apartment. Well equipped, brilliant location, 5 minute walk to the Arenal with its perfect sandy beach, and many varied bars and restaurants. Mark very responsive, and Patricia most helpful. Would have no hesitation in returning again or recommending to others. Thank you

Fabulous!

Clean, comfortable, bright and well-equipped apartment which had everything we needed and met all of our criteria. Wonderful large balcony. Fantastic location which is so close to the beautiful beach which is perfect for children. We enjoyed the short (5 minute) walk to it along the lovely picturesque canal. Amazing choice of restaurants, all very close by (many of them opposite the beach, so wonderful views) and large supermarket only 5 minute drive away. Mark extremely helpful and informative from the moment of booking, and excellent help and service from Patricia during our stay. Would highly recommend.
