This is a beautiful, light and spacious apartment finished to a very high standard. Built on an exclusive development of only 39 apartments, it is situated close to the Fontana Canal & Marina. The Arenal sandy beach is only a 5 min walk, where you will find numerous bars, shops & restaurants. The apartment offers a fully fitted kitchen including all appliances. The living area is both large & spacious with sliding doors leading to a large covered balcony with views of the Montgo Mountain. Each of the 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with the master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, bath & shower cubicle. The other 2 bedrooms are twin bedded. The apartment is fully air conditioned with its own internet WiFi connection. There is also a blu-ray player & 5.1 home theater. The complex is both secure & well laid out offering a well equipped children's play area, children's pool & swimming pool.

Nearby areas of Interest and Tourist attractions: Javea is less than one hours drive by car to Benidorm, which has many attractions for all ages, including 'Mundomar' an animal water park, 'Aqualandia' a theme swimming park and 'Terra Mitica' a large fun park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful historic village of Guadalest set in the mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar', other nearby towns include Moraira, with spectacular coastlines and varied entertainment, Denia with its large port offering daily trips to the Baleric Islands, Calpe with its legendary 'Calpe Rock' jutting out of the sea, Benissa and Teulada.

Nearby Golf Courses: The apartment is ideally situated for those guests who enjoy a relaxing round of golf. Javea has its own Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes and there is also Club de Golf Ifach Moraira again with 9 holes. Further away there is Club de Golf La Sella in Denia with 18 holes and the famous Seve Ballesteros Club de Golf Oliva again with 18 holes.

Getting around: Although it is possible to get to the beach, supermarket and restaurants without a car, it is strongly recommended for getting around in Spain. If you are renting from Alicante airport I would recommend Centauro rent-a-car whose details can be found on their web site.

I would like to start by saying that I recently stayed in your apartment with my girlfriend and her family and thought that it was fantastic. We had a great time and when we weren't out doing things I'd say the apartment was just perfect and very relaxing!



We had a great holiday - the apartment was lovely, weather hot and food was very good (ate far too much) !



We would all like to say thank you for allowing us to use your very well equipped apartment (it was all you said it was on the website).

Well Recommended

We have just returned from an excellent stay at this property. From the moment we booked Brian the owner was so helpful and he was always available on the phone, if we had any questions. The Apartment is spotless with everything you need for a perfect holiday. We took my 84 year old mother and she did not have any problems moving around the apartment or in the pool area. There is even a lift outside the door. It is an easy walk to the beach and the port where there are lots of excellent restaurants. That's if you can persuade the family to leave the lovely pool area which is clean and well maintained.

Also nothing could be better than sitting on the large balcony having a glass of wine at the end of the day.

We would certainly recommend this apartment to everyone and are looking forward to our next visit.

Great Apartment

My family and I (5 in total) stayed here for 2 weeks recently and found the accommodation exceptionally well presented and among the best that we have stayed in. The kitchen is well appointed and the living and dining area is really comfortable with the additional of a great balcony area. The bedrooms are simple and comfortable and there are two bathrooms which is great for a big family. There was plenty of hot water (trust me I've been to places where last man in is getting a cold shower) which is good. This is well located for the beach and all the local amenities and certainly I would love to stay again. The pool area outside is great and was really quiet when we were there so you almost had this to yourselves. Great place well worth a visit.

Home from home!!

My family have been going to Javea every summer for the past 4 years and this is the best accommodation we have stayed in yet. In previous years we have stayed in villas and last year we tried an apartment for the first time which was good but this apartment ticked every box for us. We have a children ranging from teenager to 9 so the location was perfect. It was close for the teenagers to walk to Arenal to get ice cream or go to the beach. They enjoyed the independence and freedom. Our younger child loved the closeness of the pool to the apartment and park. The adults loved the closeness of the beach bar to the apartment!! So as far as location goes, it's as good as it gets. The accommodation is very comfortable. It's spotless clean, bright and airy with a great balcony overlooking a pool area. It has 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. My husband loves to cook so he's always a bit fussy about the kitchen facilities but was very happy to find everything he needed. The only thing missing was a paella pan which we bought and left hoping that we will use it again when we return. We love Javea and we're delighted that we found this little gem to stay in while we visit.

A fantastic place for a family holiday!

This is a gem of an apartment set in a lovely complex with pool and gardens. The apartment has all mod cons (air con throughout, wi-fi, fridge, fully equipped kitchen washer, dryer, TV with some British channels). It was clean and airy, with lots of space. Tastefully decorated and well-looked after. Balcony overlooks a pool and garden area. It's only 5 mins stroll to a lovely sandy beach (the only sandy beach in area) so it's great for children. This beach area has lots of wonderful restaurants and bars. Mark (the owner) responded to all my e mail queries quickly and even spoke to me on the phone prior to booking to chat about the apartment and area. He also provided us with a welcome pack and a contract for the booking. On the day we arrived, we were met by his friendly housekeeper Particia (who speaks perfect English) who showed us where everyting was in the apartment and tips about the nearby area. All in all, we had a really good holiday and wouldn't hesitate to go back - the apartment and place (Javea) are great places to spend summer holidays.

High quality, modern apartment in great location

There's no need to feel apprehensive about the experience that awaits you when you book this apartment. If anything, the photos don't do it justice. It provides high quality, modern, and comfortable accommodation in a very convenient location (close to the beach and restaurants on the Arenal, and also the lovely quiet beach bars on the road to the port area).Short bus trip to the beautiful 'old town'

The apartment wants for nothing.

We didn't have a car and didn't need it. The bus service is good (and cheap) and we found our way as far as Valencia without any difficulty. If you haven't been to this part of Spain before, you'll find it a very friendly and welcoming experience.

Excellent appartment & ideal location in Javea.

This is our third stay in Javea. We've previously stayed further out from the hub of Javea however for this trip, as a family of 4 (2 kids aged 7 and 10), we wanted to stay in an apartment which gave us good access to the Arenal both for the beach and its bars/restaurants etc - but also have the ability to easily drop in on the excellent beach bars which are now on the rocks or stroll round to the port.

We therefore specifically looked for somewhere towards the end of the Arenal and his apartment was perfectly located - given it's only a couple of minutes stroll to the beach.

We had a great time and the apartment was everything we hoped for. We found the apartment of a high standard and therefore we enjoyed a very comfortable time when we were not on the beach or by the pool!!!

The lounge isla rge and comfortable and the large balcony made it perfect for breakfasts in the sun and lazing with a drink as the sun sets. Having air con is always nice - the kitchen has everything you'd need and the utility space made it easy to wash and dry clothes.

The apartment felt like a home and is well specified and, importantly, cared for.

The communications with Mark (the owner) and the housekeeper were excellent - ensuring the whole trip from arrival to departure went without a hitch.

The fact we return to Javea speaks volumes for the resort itself and we're really pleased we used this apartment as it ticked all the boxes in terms of location and its facilities.

Once again, I'd like to thank Mark and Patricia for their help and hospitality!

Javea is the jewel of the Costa Blanca, with its beautiful 'Blue Flag' beaches, winding streets, fabulous marina and range of restaurants, all set against the backdrop of the majestic Montgo Mountain.

Javea itself is split into three main areas. The 'Arenal' where the apartment is situated offers beautiful white sandy beaches, a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants with a small fair for the children in the Summer months with rides, trampolining and go-karts. The port is a traditional fishing port with a large Marina, intimate cobbled streets, a brightly lit promenade of restaurants and bars and clean pebbled beaches. The Historic town with its white house fronts and cobbled streets is a typical 'Spanish' town relatively unspoilt with a quiet and relaxing ambiance. The spectacular fiestas of Javea begin in June and continue through the summer months.

Golf: Club de Golf La Sella is close to the village of Jesus Pobre on the road between Javea and Denia. Opened in 1991 it is an 18 hole, par 72 course of 6,595 yards. José Maria Olazábal advised on the course’s design and has produced a demanding layout. Set within a valley, it is almost totally flat but with a variety of trees and water obstacles (the canals and lakes which provide the irrigation) lining most fairways, La Sella presents some excellent driving situations and fast greens. This is a private club with restricted membership but is friendly to visitors who are allowed to play and use the well-appointed clubhouse. Facilities include driving range, putting green, motorized trolleys, swimming pool, tennis and squash courts. There is also a clubhouse with club bar, a lounge bar and a restaurant. Club de Golf Jávea nestling in the valley between Moraira and Javea is an 18 hole par 72 of 6,641 yards. Although relatively flat, it is more difficult than it looks. This all-year round club has superb views of the El Montgo mountain, and has been attractively planted and landscaped around the greens. It has a driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, club bar and a restaurant.
