Nice apartment in a good location

Lovely clean apartment. Plenty space for 4 adults. Great location near Holyrood Palace. Easy access to the Royal Mile. Beds comfy, kitchen stocked with anything you need. We had a nice basket of goodies waiting for us which was a nice touch in welcoming us to the apartment. Both bathrooms had large showers. There was a Tesco market right outside which made it very easy to stock up on food. Only drawback was the dryer. It took forever to dry clothes. (no fault of owner) Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Jayne for making the process easy.

Centrally Located and Spacious. Better than a Hotel

This place is very conveniently located. Pizza Express and Tesco Express right below and The Royal Mile is literally 3 minute walk. Jayne was very punctual in meeting with us and showing the parking spot and the ins and out of the apartment. Highly recommend this place.

The location is great! Everything in the apartment was updated and furnishings were comfortable.

We were met promptly by the manager at the prearranged time. The apartment was very clean, furnishings were comfortable and there was a small basket of cookies and tea bags to greet us. There were 4 of us and the two baths were ideal.

Great location. Parking on site, but certainly a car isn't necessary...everything walkable or bus/train. Spacious. Well equipped. Grocery next door. Superb.

Great location, clean apartment with everything we needed

We enjoyed our stay and loved being so close to Arthur's Seat (which I recommend climbing!) and so close to the Royal Mile but having a quiet place to hang out in the mornings and evenings. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean, and Jayne was so friendly and helpful.

We were able to walk to everything from the apartment and highly recommend it!
