If you love the sea and the beach, you'll love Villa Agnanti. Situated in the tiny village of Nea Dimmata between Agia Marina and Pomos, Villa Agnanti has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, its own private pool, numerous outdoor living areas and of course the Mediterranean sea virtually at the end of the garden.

Villa Agnanti sleeps six and has every comfort for a relaxing holiday. The well equipped kitchen makes even housework a breeze, and the outdoor terraces provide a variety of places to catch the sun, hide in the shade, eat or relax. There is even a downstairs games room to enjoy the surround sound TV, table tennis, darts and table football.

You can enjoy lazing on your pick of miles of beach between the villa and the pretty little town of Polis, every form of watersports you can imagine at nearby Latchi, amazing fish restaurants in nearby Pomos and exploring the cool heights of Paphos Forest or the wilderness that is the Akamas.

There are local supermarkets and bakeries in Nea Dimmata and Agia Marina with more extensive shops in Pomos and a large supermarket in Polis. The local villages and Pomos have a variety of interesting tavernas for snacks, lunches or dinners. If you like fish, you can eat it straight from the fishing boats at Pomos.

Owners Thoughts on Villa Agnanti

To start with I will quote something the recent guests 'Millers' wrote in the guest book..' ..what a little piece of paradise this villa is...' Which is the main conclusion I got from all four families that have stayed in the villa up to now.

Keeping this in mind the villa should be promoted to families that look for a place which will get them away from commercialized tourism, where they can relax and enjoy the sun, the beach, and nature, with clean air, without having the whole hotel or all neighbors looking over them while sunbathing or having to use earplugs at 2:00 AM trying to sleep. So selling the area with the above in mind is in the right direction ... Again quoting from the Millers...'...everything was perfect - villa - location - food - views to die for...'.

Now for those that may want to spend most of their time in the Villa itself there are also many good selling points like big plot of 1340 sq. meters, big isolated external pool and patios, 4 big verandas with furniture where they can relax with shade or sun any time during the day, recreation area in the basement, built in garage to keep their car cool and safe, wifi, and good living space.

I know there things that are negative and there is nothing that can be done, like walk to a shopping center, or a restaurant. There is no glamor, no big clubs, no fascinating blinking trailer lights at night, and I know we are loosing part of these kind of customers usually young couples or older ones with young kids of 15 to 20 years old.

So ... We can not have it all. You can not have tranquility with clubs next to you at the same time. That is why we will settle for less. A car is a must. It must be pointed out very clearly to all potential customers for this villa that they have to hire a car. There is nothing for the moment near by to walk to and they will need it for sure to go to a supermarket, a restaurant or to a pub for a drink. So, these are my thoughts.

**Please note that the villa shown in front is unoccupied and is likely to be for quite some time. It has been completed and is not sold with some long term issues preventing this from happening so please do not worry about anyone occupying it whilst you are at Villa Agnanti on holiday**

'''Excellent villa, very clean and well looked after. The building has been wonderfully designed with beautiful balconies and spaces to sit. We enjoyed the BBQ area especially and the swimming pool was lovely and clean. The property was very well equipped with everything we needed including lots of towels which was really helpful. The chess board was very well used as well!



Lovely location, very quiet which suited us very well. The sea was so close we could hear the waves which was very relaxing. We enjoyed the costal car journey to the different beaches and especially liked the fact that it wasn’t all built up and full of tourists everywhere. The Latchi water sports was excellent, the teenagers enjoyed the paragliding and we all enjoyed hiring our own boat for 4 hours to go snorkelling and being pulled along in a doughnut. This was a highlight of the holiday. We also drove to Lara Beach we loved the bumpy car journey and learning about the turtles, a very beautiful spot, again wonderfully unspoilt.



It was an excellent service from you as agents, thank you. Stella was also wonderful, very responsive and helpful, she helped book taxis for us and even brought us some delicious sweets when she popped in. ''

A beautiful tranquil villa, well equipped and so close to the sea you can hear the waves.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Agnanti, the property was well designed and clean and well kept. The owners were attentive and really helpful when we needed to order taxis. The balcony areas were lovely to sit in with a refreshing sea breeze. The pool was clean and the teenagers particularly enjoyed going in for moonlit swims! We enjoyed being located in the quieter region of the Island, there were no big complexes and lovely expanses of unspoilt beaches. A car is essential but driving is easy, little tavernas are dotted along the costal road and there is a big supermarket 20 minutes drive away so we didn't need to go far to get all we needed. Latchi Water sports provided the excitement the teenagers needed and the beach at Latchi was perfect for swimming and sunbathing. All in all our stay was very enjoyable and we would certainly think about coming back to the same villa again.

Local Area

Nea Dimmata and Ayia Marina

Two small coastal villages with local supermarkets and bakeries, tavernas and coffee shops. The area is exceptionally fertile with the local farms growing tomatoes, cucumbers and strawberries.

Beaches

Villa Agnanti is a beach lovers paradise. The beach starts at the bottom of the garden and goes pretty much all the way to Polis 37 miles/60km away. The beach is dotted with cafes and restaurants offering a variety of facilities from simple drinks and snacks to full lunches and evening meals. Every taste is catered for, a great opportunity to enjoy the local Cyprus cuisine.

Akamas

The Akamas is a wilderness nature reserve with stunning mountains, secluded bays and amazing beaches. With a suitable car you can right away from everything and everybody and lose yourself in the pine scented countryside, swim and snorkel in the bluest water imaginable and be at one with nature.

Paphos Forest

The mountains inland from the villa are known as Paphos Forest. You can explore interesting mountain roads and quaint traditional villages. You can head all the way up to the famous monastery at Kykkos – look out for the unique Cyprus moufflon as you go.

Polis

A relaxed and quaint small town with every facility you might need including a large supermarket and a hospital. Polis is built around a small square with many restaurants and bars to suit every taste. Fancy a more interesting vehicle to explore the Akamas? You can hire off road buggies and motorbikes. On the edge of Polis there is a go-kart track for a bit of friendly (or not) competition with friends.

Latchi

A fantastic centre for watersports and beaches. If you want to do it in, on or under water, head out to Latchi. You can be the wild one, or you can take it easy on the day and half day cruises along the stunning Akamas coast. Don’t forget your bikini and your snorkel. Latchi also has some fantastic fish restaurants, a great opportunity to tell the endless stories of what nearly happened while you were living it up in the sea. In the summer, there are two nightclubs to dance the night away under the stars and on the beach.

Pomos

A quiet and traditional large village with shops, coffee shops and tavernas. Pomos has a small harbour for local fishing boats and a number of noted fish restaurants. Fresh fish? It was caught this morning??
