Our both apartments are very similar, with same sea views facing East (sunrising).

The only difference: Our apartment "A" (the one you can see at first on the photos) has a small kitchen open to the living-room (we broke a wall to have also some sea view from part of the kitchen), while our apartment "B" (the one you can see at second on the pictures, with red wall in the living-room) has a separate small kitchen.

Perfect apartment

Well maintained, well equipped, clean, modern apartment with a wonderful large sunny balcony and wifi.

Ideal location with direct access to promenade and lift down to beach.

Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

The owners Nath and allain were very kind and accommodating even organising transport from the airport. Overall we had a fantastic relaxing holiday.

Very nice view and location

I Love this apartment with a fantastic sea view. The construction is like Le Corbusier architect house . It is located in a small and quiet résidence .

Es ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht zum selber kochen und vieles mehr. Es ist wunderschön auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und auf das Meer zu sehen. Wir fühlen uns schon wie zu Hause. Inge + Peter (58 + 60)

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Blick aus Meer

Wir hatten einen sehr schöen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, diese war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Das Hotel ist sehr bequem. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage in der nähe eines Einkaufzentrums, in dem auch ein Supermarkt vorhanden ist. Der Stand ist ebenfalls nur ein paar Meter entfernt

Sehr schöne Anlage

Wir waren im April für eine Woche hier. Es ist ein sehr schönes Apartment, welches liebevoll eingerichtet ist und in dem nichts fehlt. Der Meerbick ist herrlich! Auf dem Balkon hat man von Früh bis ca. 15 Uhr Sonne. Auch bei der Küchenausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Apartmentanlage ist mit Abstand eine der schönsten in dieser Umgebung. Der direkte Zugang zur Promenade ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Wenn man sich für Playa del Ingles als Urlaubsort entschieden hat, kann man sich guten gewissens für dieses Apartment entscheiden. Der Strand ist übrigens in ca. 5 Min. zu erreichen. Ebenfalls Restaurants und Supermärkte.

We all fell in love with this pretty little complex with only 2 floors of apartments, for its location, just above the beach, calm and charm.

4 Beachfront Apartments -2 of them with sea view-, surrounded by gardens with direct access to the Pedestrian Promenade just over the Beach:

- "Penthouse with Sea View A" -with kitchen open to the living-room- Renovated in 2014

- "Penthouse with Sea View B" -with separate small kitchen"-Renovated in 2014.

- "Ground-floor Apartment view to garden". Renovated in 2016.

- "Luxury Modern Design Ground-floor Apartment view to Patio". Completely renovated in 2016.

the apartments are in a small calm complex of apartments, only 2 floors. The residence is very carefully (renovated in 2015).

From the garden, you can directly access the pedestrian promenade and down to the beach by a nearby elevator and then a few steps to the beach (5 min walking to the beach). You can walk along the shore to the dunes of Maspalomas and nudist area. You not even need a car, being very close walking to all amenities, shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, discos, bus and taxi. 15 min walking to C.C. Jumbo (Gay meeting night spot).
