Our both apartments are very similar, with same sea views facing East (sunrising).

The only difference: Our apartment "A" (the one you can see at first on the photos) has a small kitchen open to the living-room (we broke a wall to have also some sea view from part of the kitchen), while our apartment "B" (the one you can see at second on the pictures, with red wall in the living-room) has a separate small kitchen.

Perfect apartment

Well maintained, well equipped, clean, modern apartment with a wonderful large sunny balcony and wifi.

Ideal location with direct access to promenade and lift down to beach.

Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

The owners Nath and allain were very kind and accommodating even organising transport from the airport. Overall we had a fantastic relaxing holiday.

Brittnau Schweiz

Das ruhige Paradies zwischen Playa und Kasbah

Eine sehr schöne, ruhige, gepflegte Anlage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Playa. Balkonblick auf das Meer, kein Strassenlärm, WIFI, TV, Waschmaschine und auch alle Küchengeräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Wir haben 4 Wochen in dieser Wohnung verbracht und in den 30 Jahren in denen wir unsere Weihnachtszeit auf Gran Canaria verbringen war diese Wohnung das absolute Highlight. Wir wurden auch sehr familiär betreut und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war hervorragend. Vielen Dank für die schöne, erholsame Zeit.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns drei Wochen lang in dem Apartment von Nath sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartmenthaus ist schön eingerichtet und der Blick auf den Pool und das Meer ist ein Traum. Am Vormittag schweint die Sonne auf den Balkon und am Nachmittag auf den Freisitz vor dem Eingang. Leider war das WLAN sehr langsam aber im Urlaub ist das nicht so wichtig. Von dem Apartmenthaus geht man direkt auf die Strandpromenade. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist rund 100 m entfernt. Freie Parkplätze für PKW sind schwer zu finden. Am Samstag nerven die vielen Busse, die zum Hotel IFA Dunar fahren.

Wunderschönes Appartement mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Das Appartement sieht real genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt: modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, außerdem sehr sauber!

Der Balkon ist groß und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick - direkt auf die Küste des Atlantiks.

Die Anlage ist ruhig gelegen und ebenfalls sauber und gepflegt.

Der Service (Schlüsselübergabe, Handtücher etc.) hätte besser kaum sein können.

Zusammenfassend war es ein toller und unvergesslicher Urlaub. Die Wohnung können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

- "Luxury Modern Design Ground-floor Apartment view to Patio". Completely renovated in 2016.

the apartments are in a small calm complex of apartments, only 2 floors. The residence is very carefully (renovated in 2015).

From the garden, you can directly access the pedestrian promenade and down to the beach by a nearby elevator and then a few steps to the beach (5 min walking to the beach). You can walk along the shore to the dunes of Maspalomas and nudist area. You not even need a car, being very close walking to all amenities, shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, discos, bus and taxi. 15 min walking to C.C. Jumbo (Gay meeting night spot).
