You will enjoy your breakfast at the sunrising overlooking the sea!! And also a small terrace on the porche shared with the next apartment with sun until the evening (without seaview).

Kitchen open to the living-room also with sea view.

4 APARTMENTS on the Pedestrian Promenade over Playa del Ingles Beach, next to the Dunes of Maspalomas - 3 of them with SEA VIEW-

For 2 (maxi. 4 people) in a small and calm residence of only 2 floors, surrounded by gardens with direct access to the Pedestrian Promenade just over the Beach. Yo can go down to the beach by a nearby elevator to restaurants level, and then a few steps to the sand (5 min walking distance to the sand). Then you can walk along the shore to go to the dunes of Maspalomas and nudist area in 15 min.

Very close walking distance to all amenities, shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, discos, buses and taxis. 15 min walking distance to C.C. Jumbo (Gay meeting night spot).

The residential complex is very well maintained (renovated in 2015).

Perfect apartment

Well maintained, well equipped, clean, modern apartment with a wonderful large sunny balcony and wifi.

Ideal location with direct access to promenade and lift down to beach.

Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

The owners Nath and allain were very kind and accommodating even organising transport from the airport. Overall we had a fantastic relaxing holiday.

Very nice view and location

I Love this apartment with a fantastic sea view. The construction is like Le Corbusier architect house . It is located in a small and quiet résidence .

Sehr schönes Appartement in optimaler Lage

Wir waren im Appartement Nr. 302 in der Anlage Aida vom 19.02.-19.03.2018 und haben darin einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage und der Blick vom Balkon auf den Garten mit Pool und das Meer, auf dem die Sonne bis etwa 15.00 Uhr scheint, ist fantastisch. Wenn man bis dahin nicht genug Sonne hatte, kann man sich auf den Podest vor die Wohnung setzen, und noch die Abendsonne genießen.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat vom Garten einen direkten Zugang auf den Paseo Grand Canaria.

Als kleinen Wermutstropfen empfanden wir nur den 2- Plattenherd, da das Kochen von normalen Gerichten damit etwas mühsam ist; es wäre schön, wenn man eine Einzelkochplatte dazu gestellt hätte.

Aber ansonsten alles super. Wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr wieder 4 Wochen gebucht, da es uns dieses Jahr sehr gut gefallen hat.

Wunderschön

Es ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht zum selber kochen und vieles mehr. Es ist wunderschön auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und auf das Meer zu sehen. Wir fühlen uns schon wie zu Hause. Inge + Peter (58 + 60)

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Blick aus Meer

Wir hatten einen sehr schöen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, diese war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Das Hotel ist sehr bequem. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage in der nähe eines Einkaufzentrums, in dem auch ein Supermarkt vorhanden ist. Der Stand ist ebenfalls nur ein paar Meter entfernt
