Magnificent villa recently built can accommodate 8 people in four fully equipped with private pool and barbecue, located on a plot of 1200 m2 rooms.

The house has air conditioning, heating, oak parquet floors. Satellite TV and wiffi. Porch with stunning views of the Bay of Palma and a second pool level porch with access to garden terrace of 400 m2 which is located a pool of salt water of 5 x 10 m.

Housing bright, with large glazed areas, decorated with modern furniture and design. also has large garage for two vehicles, only 15 munutos drive from the city of Palma.

The house is located in a cozy and quiet residential area perfect holiday, called

'Urbanización Sa Torre', which will have amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, newsagent, bicycle rental and golf.

A 200 m of the town have rocky pristine beaches in a protected area with an exceptional quality of water, 10 minutes, sandy beaches like Cala Brava and 15 minutes the beach Cala Pi. A 300 m. is located the golf course Maioris and only 1 km. Hotel Delta, specializing in cycle tourism.

Super schöner Urlaub

Hallo Leute,

diese Finca/Villa ist echt der Hammer. Wir waren vom 22.07.2015 bis 03.08.2015 da. Das Haus sowie der Pool und das Grundstück sind echt super. Es fehlt an nichts und man kann super entspannen. Der Urlaub war echt erholsam.

Die Anbindung an die Partymeile (Ballermann) ist einfach mit dem Bus oder Taxi zuerreichen.

Supermärkte gibt es in der Nähe aber nur mit dem Auto zuerreichen.

Die Beschreibung im Inserat ist sehr gut und genau.

Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten zustand.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir würden immer wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Diese Finca/Villa kann ich nur empfehlen.

The host was very welcoming, generous and helpful. The villa is huge, with lots of bedrooms and beautiful view. Everything is so clean and kept in great condition. Its a good quality / price ratio. Very recommendable. Would always go back there.

Tolle Villa mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet. In der Küche kann man sich wirklich gut austoben (sehr gut ausgestattet) und dann das Essen auf der großen und schönen Terrasse mit einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht von Palma genießen. Die Bäder sind sehr grosszügig und sehr schön. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr grosszügig und sehr gut gepflegt und sauber. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
