Quiet City Centre 2 bed, 2 bath with cityscape views

From architectural features such as the large skylight, curved door and living room wall to the light and airy white fitted kitchen; the apartment will not fail to delight. Inspired design touches include the solid wood cupboards in the bathrooms and living room which blend seamlessly into the rooms and the designer hand blown glass lighting. The Adrian Sankay Glass designs adding splashes of colour and glamour throughout the apartment .

All rooms lead off the spacious main hall way; there is a large living room with single sofa bed, piano and shuttered windows. A master en suite (with shower) King bedroom, a second bedroom with zip and links, a bathroom (with bath and shower over bath) and large dining kitchen. Pleasant cityscape views from the windows combine Edinburgh architecture and leafy trees.

Free WiFi throughout the apartment is included.

Serviced Accommodation - our apartments are available as a serviced let and this can be prearranged prior to arrival. Priced on application.

We require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. One member of the booking party must be over 25 years old. There is a strictly non-smoking policy. There may be a late check-in fee for check-ins after 7pm. There is a fully refundable damage deposit due one week before arrival and refunded one week after you depart.

Glorious city centre chic! Our guests have described it as 'A perfect Apartment for a city break in Edinburgh' and we could not agree more!

The location is truly perfect for those who want a city centre break, only minutes walk from the Playhouse theatre, Princes street and the super local bars, delis and boutiques of Broughton Street and the legendary Valvona and Crolla on Elm Row.

To secure a booking, a 25% non refundable deposit is required upon booking with the balance payment due 45 days before arrival.
Should a booking require to be cancelled the following rules will apply -
Cancellation more than three weeks before arrival - 50% of the balance payment shall be refunded
Cancellation less then three weeks before arrival - No refund shall be given
Any refunds shall be provided by the The Edinburgh Address

Additional Information / House rules
- Lead guest must be of 25 years of age or older (provision of ID and Address requested)
- Names and ages of all other guest required
- Property is not suitable for Stag, Hen or young single gender groups
- Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited
- The Edinburgh Address reserve the right to vet & cancel any unsuitable bookings
- There is a strict no smoking policy
- A refundable damage deposit of £250 or 10% of the rental balance(if booking is 2 weeks or longer) is payable to The Edinburgh Address via our Guest Area portal 7 days before arrival and shall be refunded 7 days after departure. Funds shall only be with held on the instruction of the owner or property manager due to damage being caused during the booking.
- Check ins are arranged directly with the owner or their property manager using the contact details in the Guest Area.
