The Two Bedroom Ocean Front Condo comes with fully equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an incredible balcony.
It has full-size appliances, oven, cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, full-size washing and drying machine, american coffee machine and Nespresso one, mixer, linen and extra linen, many big and small towels. Living room features a flat screen television and a pull over sofa, a table with five chairs and beautiful decoration. Guests will also enjoy a large balcony with a table and comfortable chairs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed, a flat TV and an important closet. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds with a flat TV and a closet.

Great spot!

We enjoyed our stay, the space was perfect for us. The restaurant at the resort was fantastic and the pool was very nice. Beach access was easy! There was only one elevator for the building but you just have to be prepared to wait or take the stairs!

Almost perfect

It's a 4.2-4.3 on the scale from 0 to 5. First, I'd like to give two thumbs up to the property manager Ana for the exquisite level of communication. Every time I'd send a message, she would answer right away and with precise information. Now about concerns that did not allow me to rate this property with 5 stars. 1) The unit is slowly running down. In multiple places, patching and grout filling are needed. If not taken care of, this place will degrade very quickly. So, 4 out of 5 for the unit shape. 2) The view is amazing, BUT there's a sore spot of 20+ rusty air condition units on the roof of the 3 story building just in front of the unit. Yes, you can learn to ignore it and yes, it is shown on the property listing, but if you are a sensitive type it may disturb you. So, 4.2 out of 5 for the view. 3) Cheap furniture throughout. I understand that this is a hotel furnishing, but still... If this is a $1M+ unit, furnishing should have been better. 4 out of 5. 4) Elevator wait. Whoever designed it, must be fired. 3 out of 5 for a single elevator for a wing of the 41-story building. Yes, you can walk 6 stories time to time, but doing it several times a day? 5) The unit comes with a daily access to a beach umbrella and two chairs. This is a a major scam. First, you need to walk 10-15 minutes to this location (OK, but far from perfect). The unit is clearly for 4 people, so why only 2 chairs??? Finally, you cannot leave once you settled with your umbrella and chairs. So, if you arrive in the morning and want to spend just an hour and then come back in the afternoon - this a no go. You'll loose your spot. So, this deal is 1 out 5 on our scale. 6) Swimming pool situation is a joke. The big one was not operational and the small one overcrowded. Forget about the pool! 7) Owner/manager "saves' on things they shouldn't save on. One load of dishwasher liquid provided. Seriously? You saved a few bucks, but you made us buying more than we can possibly use. Spending a few dollars on supplying enough dishwashing tablets, toilet paper and paper towels (and providing kitchen towels) would make us rank you 5 instead of 3 in this domain. The same goes for a single champagne flute (plastic, $3?) and 2 table spoons (vs. 12 forks). Well, enough negative though. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we do recommend this unit to others. We just want more sensitive types to be aware of potential problems, but for most people these wouldn't and shouldn't be deal breakers.

Need to hire a different cleaning crew.

Condo was not very well maintained, seems like a party house not for families. One of the toilets didn't flush properly. Had to personally clean the condo because it was filthy. The only good thing was the view .

Great Condo, great location, fabulous view

The condo was well appointed, clean, and Ana was quick with responses to any questions or concerns we had. Large deck with great views of the beach and ocean. Plenty of things nearby if you are looking to go out. The only minuses are the one elevator for the entire owners side, this caused much waiting/crowding when needing it. Luckily this unit is only 6 floors up/down from the lobby, 3 floors up/down from the pool/gym/restaurant, and right next to the stairwellto stairwell
