About Ned Bradford and Itzik Kamhine
Ned Bradford is the Director of the Academic Enrichment Center at Curry College and Itzik Kamhine teaches math at the MA College of Pharmacy and Simmons College. We purchased this property because of its unique location and use it ourselves when it is not rented. We live in Boston and make sure that our guests receive the highest level of accommodations. We love the deep West End of Provincetown and think that it provides the perfect balance of access to town, and access to the National Seashore, bike trails and beaches.
Ned Bradford and Itzik Kamhine purchased this Townhouse in 2004
Why Ned Bradford and Itzik Kamhine chose Provincetown
Our home is located at the end of the Cape, only several hundred yards from the end of Route 6. The views are spectacular, the setting is breathtaking, varied and unique, and the accommodations are modern, spotless, comfortable and stylish.
What makes this Townhouse unique
We love the three large and comfortable bedrooms, the cathedral ceilings in 2nd floor great room, the cozy living/dining room, the original art, the granite and stainless kitchen and the spacious west facing deck. You will too.

Great Stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was lovely, spacious, and very clean. The views of Herring Cove were one of the best parts.
Beautiful Home in West End
We had a delightful time at Ned's place. It was very spacious, clean, and welcoming. Check-in process was extremely easy and Ned was easy to reach the whole time. While the place is relatively far from the main center of town, it was quiet, beautiful views of the sunset from the upper balcony, and when we did walk into town it really was an easier walk than expected. Would highly recommend!!
Perfect Ptown Stay
We loved the house and the location!! We stayed during family week with(2 teens and 2 adults plus our dog) and it was really perfect. Ned and Itzak we’re excellent hosts, the space is gorgeous and comfortable and I can’t say enough about the view from the deck. We will definitely return!!!
The Moors Edge
Probably the best location in West P-Town. Great view of the moors from the deck.
Wish the property was a bit cleaner. Had to wash everything we used in the kitchen and do some dusting....
Sorry about that. We'll make sure it doesn't happen again. Glad that you had a good time and appreciated the location!
Great property
We loved our stay here. Beautiful view, clean and spacious property, and responsive owners. Thank you!
Most wonderful place to stay in mid a March!
This is a truly wonderful place on the West End of Provincetown.
And yes you feel like you are at the end of the earth. The dons are out your front door, the views are magnificent, and it easily accommodates six people, and our small dog. I must say this is a great time of year to go to P-Town! Minimal crowds, lots of places to park for free! There is still great energy here though. Restaurants were great. National seashore was great. Town was great. Light houses were beautiful!
My family with nearly adultthree kids and a boyfriend all had such a great time hanging out in this wonderful home. My wife really appreciated the cleanliness and funkiness. I really appreciated the candles, and evening walks with my dog.
Oh, and the owners were so nice and friendly too. We will be back!
Hi Eric,
It was nice to meet you and your family. We're really happy you liked the landscape, view, home, and town as much as we do. Until next time!
Isaac and Ned.
Location
This special spot in the West End of Provincetown, on the edge of the National Seashore, is full of variety, nature and views. It's perfect for those who are into eco-tourism, but who want a gorgeous place to return to at the end of the day. Take a walk across the breakwater, or hop on your bike and hit the trails. Put your kayak in the water 100 yards down the road and paddle out into the harbor. Walk or bike to stunning Herring Cove Beach. At the end of the day, enjoy a refreshing beverage on the elevated deck as the sun dips below the dunes. Walk or bike a mile up Commercial St to Town Center, or hop the Ptown Shuttle, which stops outside your door every 30 minutes, and be in town in less than five. After dinner stroll back down Commercial street, or catch the Shuttle back and finish the night by gazing at the evening sky.....
Based on the reaction from former guests, we're sure we'll be back.
