The ´bouche à l'oreille ´ did the rest to make this apartment one of the most appreciated:
- the unique and breathtaking view of the valley and the springboards
- the distinction by the 'Courchevel Montagne' label for its comfort and equipment
-the central location, classified 'ski in ski out'!

The apartment is on the fifth and last floor of a beautiful building called "L'Epinette", the entrance being located on the 2nd. The apartment is designed for a perfect stay up to 6 adults.

All the rooms are extremely bright thanks to the large windows and the exceptional view. You will thus admire the Vanoise National Park, the Tarentaise valley and the Courchevel Olympic springboards and this, from all rooms.

It is a 3 room apartment (37m² / 400sqf), composed of a living room including the kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds (each bedroom is separated by a real door) and a bathroom. of baths.

The kitchen has been completely renovated this summer and is equipped with everything you could need (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, raclette machine ...) .

The bathroom is functional with shower cubicle, shower and toilet.

In the living room you will find a 42 'plasma TV with a multimedia player (you can connect your USB device and enjoy your DivX movies). There is also a pair of speakers that you can plug into any music device like an iPod / iPhone and any other smartphone or MP3 player.

The apartment is cleaned with natural products (without synthesis): vinegar, bleach, Marseille soap.

The woodwork and wooden furniture are treated with ecological varnishes not derived from petroleum.

Tap water comes from the mountains, it is of exceptional quality and softness.

In the main entrance of the building you will find a private ski locker and parking at the back of the building.

Courchevel is part of the 3 Vallées area - the largest ski area in the world!
In the heart of the Courchevel ski area, my apartment is located in the charming village Courchevel-Le-Praz.

In the village Courchevel -Le- Praz, you will find all the amenities you may need. About 50m from the building there is a bakery, a butcher / caterer, a tobacconist, ski rental shops and of course several bars and restaurants.

For your ski sessions, the "Praz" and "Forêt" ski lifts are located just 300m from the apartment. From there, you will have access to the largest ski area in the world: "The 3 Valleys".

For real beginners, a 'zen' space is available in Courchevel -Le- Praz (near the ski jump hills), also 300m from the apartment. There you will find a green slope and a free ski lift.

The free bus to the other Courchevel points (1850/1550/1650) is 150m from the apartment. This line also serves the Aquamotion aquatic center in 10 min.

Directly accessible from the building, you have cross-country ski trails, you can also go tobogganing and snowshoeing.

My rates are charges included (water, heating, electricity, local taxes). Cleaning can be taken as an option at 70 €.

The location is excellent--a 5 minute walk to the lift. You can store your skis at the lift for around $10/day--very convenient. The listing though is deceiving. It is two bedrooms, not three. The second bedroom is tiny, more like a closet. The space is OK for only two people, There is NO stove. There is no pillow for the second "bedroom". Had to purchase our own TP, soap, and paper towels. The space was clean. The owner was responsive. Check-in process was efficient. It is on the 4th floor--so need to walk up. Ski storage on ground floor worked well. Quaint village.

Beautiful location
Location is wonderful, the apartment is nice. Communications with the owner were extremely timely and accurate. This would be great rental for all days except the very hottest due to ventilation difficulties. I would definitely recommend for a ski vacation. Please note that the “third” bedroom is actually the living room/kitchen.

Great stay!
It was our group’s first trip to Courchevel, and this property was perfect for us! Great location- with a grocery store, restaurants, patisseries, and ski rentals just steps away. It’s also a 10 minute walk to a gondola that takes you up to the hub of 1850. The property itself was clean, well stocked for our party of 4 people, and had a great view that we enjoyed taking in each morning over coffee. Matthieu was also very responsive and helpful with questions before and during our stay. Couldn’t recommend this property more for those going to Courchevel 😊
