This spacious 1 bedroom apartment consists of one double bedroom, lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom and separate wc. There is plenty of off street parking and the view from the bedroom and lounge is over the lawned communal outside space. It has a communal entrance hall and offers an intercom system for added security. The property has plenty of off street parking at the front and is only a short walk (10 minutes) to the main line train station offering a direct train link to London.
This one bedroom flat is perfectly equipped for all your holiday needs. It has s good sized double bedroom with ample storage space for all your travelling essentials.
There is a spacious lounge / diner with digital TV, offering a variety of television channels, there is also a Wi-Fi connection for your internet usage. The lounge offers comfortable seating for four people and has a dining table and four dining chairs.
The apartment boast a spacious double bedroom, housing a double bed and plenty of storage. There is a hair dryer already at the property and all bed linen and towels are included.
The kitchen come fully equipped with all your cooking essentials, with an oven, grill and hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also a fridge/freezer and washing / dryer. It is fully stocked with glass wear, crockery and cutlery along with all cooking utensils, pots and pans. An iron and ironing board are available in the hall cupboard.
Shower Room / Toilet
The apartment has a separate toilet and shower room, the shower room consist of a large shower enclosure, vanity unit and heated towel rail. In the separate toilet a W/C and wash, hand basin.
The property has central heating throughout which is adjustable through a thermostat in the lounge.
I currently live in Australia and visit the UK every year to see my grown up children and to spend time with my three grand children. Having lived in the UK for most of my life, I know and love the area of Ashtead, it is ideal for travelling up to London without having to worry about the daily hassle and bustle of the big city.
As I visit the UK every year, I decided to be fair to the children it would be good to have my own place when I visited. It is a lovely part of the world and my three children live in Surrey so is a good central location.
It also lends itself to holiday lets of all kinds and has been equipped so it is like home form home when I arrive.
The property benefits from plenty of off street parking which is sometimes hard to come by. It is centrally located and an easy and pleasant walk to the station. It has a real community feel to the area.
I recently rented this apartment for 10 nights for my parents-in-law who were visiting from New Zealand. We did not have space for them to stay at our house - so it was great to have somewhere local in Ashtead for them to stay. The apartment was very homely and it had everything that they needed for their stay. The location is very convenient for local shops (Tesco, butchers, bakery, greengrocers etc), café and the train station. I highly recommend this apartment for your visitors to Ashtead.
Private, quiet, convenient, well equipped, nicely decorated, very comfortable. I couldn't ask for more, and would love to come back.
We had a very enjoyable stay in a lovely apartment perfect for visiting friends and family in the area. The apartment has everything you need very well equipped and very clean . It is in a great location with a lovely village feel and very quiet no noise what so ever .The off road parking is a bonus no worries about parking . It is a short walk to Ashtead train station so also handy for getting to London .We hope to be able to use again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area
I loved my stay here. It is a very comfortable flat in a good location - walking distance to the post office, corner shop, butcher and greengrocer and only a short drive from bigger shops. Very quiet and lovely leafy views. Off-street parking is very convenient. The flat is well appointed, clean and nicely furnished. I was made to feel very welcome with fresh flowers in the flat on the day of arrival, and although I didn't need any assistance, I felt that anything I needed would have been dealt with quickly by the owners. I am looking forward to staying here again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
We loved our stay at the Willow Lodge. The flat had everything we needed. The surroundings are beautiful. It's close by the trainstation from where you can reach London in just half an hour. A few local shops are within walking distance.

We stayed here on our last visit to the UK. The location is great with easy access to London - about a 10 min walk to Ashtead train station with direct train ride to London Waterloo - takes about 50 mins. There are a number of shops very close by.
Apartment is very clean and well appointed with everything you need. Can highly recommend and will stay here again.
Ashtead, is a lovely village in the beautiful County of Surrey. This property is a great base for those wanting to explore the South East, a short drive or bus trip to the famous Denbies vineyard, where you can do wine tours or just enjoy a walk in the beautiful surroundings and a leisurely lunch. Or a train trip to the coastal town of Brighton. The property is a short walk to the local train station where you can hop on board a train right into the heart of London.
The property is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and good old English Pubs, or just settle down to a cosy night in after a long day of walking or cycling in the countryside, all available within a short drive from the property.
There are a number of National Trust Properties close by, along with places such as Wisely Gardens, Hampton Court Palace and Windsor Castle. For the more adventurous, there are theme parks such as Chessington World of Adventures, Thorpe Park and Thorpe Water Ski Park.
This location really does cater for most, with access to nights out in London or stay local and visit one of lovely restaurants or public houses located in the village.
