Fantastic apartment in good location
We have just returned from spending a very relaxing week in this wonderful attic apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean throughout, recently decorated, and well equipped with all the essentials required for a self-catering holiday. There was an abundance of towels, including beach towels and spare sets of sheets, kitchen essentials (washing up liquid, sponges etc) which is rare in many holiday lets. There were even folding sun loungers and chairs to take to the pool or the beach. There are two wonderful terraces (one a roof top terrace), both recently painted, well furnished with dining tables and chairs and sun loungers and a BBQ on the roof terrace. The apartment is in a great location, a five minute walk to the lovely promenade and beach, and about a 10 minute leisurely walk to the marina. It is on a quiet, residential street, yet very close to all amenities with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The proprietor, Mari Carmen is extremely efficient and was a delight to deal with from start to finish. We have stayed in many apartments in this area and this is by far the best one we have stayed in. We look forward to a return visit and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family looking for peace and quiet away from busy tourist accommodation.

The apartment is very well equipped with very good decoration and furnishings, by far the nicest apartment we have stayed in.
It is well located for shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment and is well positioned for relaxing and sunbathing on the 2 large sunbathing areas.

Had a lovely holiday at this apartment. This was our second time there and we intend to stay again on our next holiday. Mari was very helpful to us as we were delayed at the airport. Lovely location, quiet and near everything. Will be back

We have just returned from a 21 night stay at this lovely apartment.
The apartment was clean, well equipped and with two nice terraces.
Wifi was fast and stable, and those TVs looks great with good image quality.
We slept really well because the beds were so comfortable and no disturbing noise from the outside.
Nice supermarkets so near the building, and also the seaside very near. Many nice places of the area can be reached by foot.
The owner Mari was more than friendly, very kind and helpful and Alejandra welcomed us so lovingly.
We would definitely recommend this place.

We have just returned from a 15 night stay at this lovely apartment. The attic has everything you need for your holiday in Torremolinos. It is in a quiet street but just around the corner from many bars and restaurants. The beach and promenade are only a 5 minute walk away. It is close to supermarkets, 5 minutes walk takes you to Lidl and 10 minutes takes you to Mercandona.
The apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were met by Alejandra who very kindly showed us around the apartment and although we do not speak Spanish we were able to understand all she was explaining to us. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and very comfortable.
Mari is lovely and very easy to deal with when booking and always replies to your enquiries promptly.
We have been to this area of Torremolinos a few times but this is definitely the best apartment we have stayed in and I would highly recommend it.

My wife and i stayed for a week in this lovely apartment. It is all it says it is with regard to location, facilities, quietness and good customer service. Mari was easy and helpful to deal with. Torremolinos, just 8 km from Malaga airport. Accessed by car from Malaga Torremolinos along the A-7 or the old 340. The signs are very clear.
Attracted by its mild climate, with sunny days filled with light and joy, living throughout the year a lot of English, Dutch, Swedes and Germans who have chosen the Costa del Sol as their golden retirement. In the area where is located the attic can find, besides the typical shops and restaurants on the Andalusian coast, all kinds of bars, karaokes and these tourist-oriented businesses.
Walking along the promenade of La Carihuela is a pleasure, all full of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and ice cream parlors. In the bars located on the beach you can eat: fried fish, sardines and other delicacies of the sea.
The beach is great, very clean water and fine sand, in some areas there are lawns and palm trees. We can find tourist offices on Paseo glad to meet travelers who want it.
Wandering around San Miguel Street and provides insight into the surrounding environment Torremolinos center.
