This beautiful, detached, air-conditioned villa with pool on a fenced property has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and garage. Bay windows in the large dining room overlook the terrace and pool. Another terrace has a barbecue and may be suitable for outdoor eating depending on the position of the sun. Modern furniture. One of the 4 bedrooms is a master with en-suite bathroom (shower and whirlpool bathtub). It is located 200m from the beach and close to a variety of small restaurants with reasonable prices.

It is very difficult for us to make it to the house in the summer. A house should be lived-in and thus be open more often than it is.

What makes this house unique

Our house is modern, air-conditioned, close to the beach and has a swimming pool for when you return from the beach or just want to take a dip before calling it a night in preparation of the next day’s adventures. Located in a calm and quiet neighbourhood.

Location à ne pas rater

Nous avons passer 3 semaines dans cette Villa de Luxe, tout confort à 2 pas de la mer, idéal pour les enfants, conciergerie au petit soin des locataires au moindre souci, propriétaire Français et très sympathique (donc idéal pour les renseignements) excellent rapport qualité prix, nous y reviendrons pour l'été 2016 sans hésiter!!
