Private complex comprised of 6 semidetached houses with shared pool. Each house features 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + 1 toilet and a private furnished terrace with direct access to comunitary large pool (4x14m). Recent construction with modern and high quality finishes. This private complex is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood but just a few 10 minutes walk from ashtonising Alcudia beach and the shoping and leisure area.
The houses have similar distribution and building characteristics. Some furniture pieces and other decorative elements may vary from one house to another.
Nous avons apprécié le calme de la propriété. La maison est spacieuse, équipée, nickel! La piscine est très agréable et possède de bonnes dimensions pour nager. La mer se trouve à cinq minutes de marche, très pratique...

Very nice and quiet place. The house has everything you need. Beach 10 minutes walking distance away. Very very nice beach. Restaurants and supermarkets also walking distance (5minutes). Will sure come back.
Very good apartment and pool.
It's a 5-10 minutes walk from a great beach and near restaurants and supermarkets.
We lived in the apartment for 14 days. Very clean and lived completely up to our expectations.
Great terrace with the pool just outside, the children's loved it.
We are already planning to go back.
We Stayed in this Villa for 2 weeks during the World Cup (4 Adults) , It takes about 45 mins from the airport (Palma) via private taxi.
We were greeted and shown around the villa by a very nice couple who showed us around the property we then gave the security deposit and were handed the keys.
The villa Itself was as described in the listing, very spacious and in a very clean and tidy condition, as is the outside of the property and pool area.
The pool is a good size and was clean and tidy, the only thing I would say is if you have small children i.e. Toddlers there is an un fenced stream/river behind the property.
Internally the bedrooms were of a good size with plenty of pillows/bedding etc. The lounge was a good size and in good repair, as was the kitchen.
The property is approximately 5-10 mins walk to shops/bars/ restaurants & the beach, there are plenty to choose from, all you need to do is walk over a footbridge then up to the main road.
Nearby restaurants we enjoyed were:
The Gurkhas - Indian Restaurant, slight pricey but Good food/service.
Smiths - English Restaurant - Good Breakfasts fairly cheap
Dakota Steakhouse - Food was good, fair prices.
You can walk around the back of the "big lake" which took us about 20-25 mins in the heat of the day, less time in the evening when it was cooler, although it is an unlit road.
There is a taxi/bus stop nearby and to get to the port & the Old town were quite cheap 10-12 euros, there is a supermarket nearby (about 15 mins walk) called Eroski which is quite cheap.
Upon departure we had an early flight out, and the company were kind enough to arrange for a member of staff to do an early checkout for us as we were a bit hesitant leaving without getting the security deposit back.
I would probably advise if you are planning to travel out and about or have younger children it maybe worth hiring a car although the are plenty of transport links.
Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this villa, which we found was a good price for the location, size.
Nous avons loué cette maison pour 6 jours du 1er septembre au 6 septembre.
A l'arrivé tous est clair nous avons toutes les informations disponibles, qui nous on était envoyé par mail, pour accéder à la maison.
La maison est récente et bien entretenue.
Au 1er étage un grande chambre parentale avec salle de bain ( baignoire et cabine de douche + WC ) deux autres chambres: une avec 1 lit double et une avec deux lits superposés pour des enfants et une salle de bain supplémentaire pour ces deux chambres. En bas WC, cuisine ( bien équipé: four, micro-ondes, plaques, presse agrume, et toute une batterie de cuisine en bon état ). Le salon avec un écran plat et une collection de DVD (en espagnol anglais ) une bonne connexion wifi et un ChromeCast afin de diffuser des film de votre téléphone ou tablette sur la télé.
La terrasse est bien avec un ensemble barbecue / plancha et transats.
La piscine communautaire est bien
Une lave linge et un sèche linge.
Deux places pour garer les voitures et aussi de la place devant la maison.
Tous en haut de la maison il y a une terrasse qui peut être utilisé.
L'agence qui s'occupe de la location est vraiment bien. ils sont très attentifs aux demandes et très correct avec la clientèles.
ils répondent rapidement par mail ou par téléphone.
Prochain séjour sur l'île nous repasserons par cette agence pour la location .
La casa está muy bien, sobre todo para ir con niños. Muy cerca de la playa, 900m, totalmente equipada. Lo único que echamos en falta serían lámparas para mesitas de noche pero por lo demás estupenda. La zona es muy tranquila pero con tiendas, farmacias, restaurantes.... Eso sí, horario europeo, a las 12h cierra casi todo, salvo algún local para españoles. Yo repetiría sin duda.

The July 25th is Sant Jaume, patron of Alcudia, which is celebrated in style. One week prior to start festivities with concerts, festivals, theater, exhibitions, bullfights and religious celebrations obviously.
The Port of Alcudia beach occupies an area of ??approximately 2000 m long and 50 m wide, from the long beach that runs along the bay of Alcudia, with white sand and fine texture. The hotels and other buildings around the beach front are not too high, and have retained many of the pines and on one end of some palm trees.
