An elegant home in a nice location.
This 6-floor home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The lift helps our parents (who have limited mobility) to go up to the spacious and comfortable master bedroom (level +2) and down to the large kitchen (level -1) a few times each day. There are 4 other bedrooms: very large at level -2, standard at level -1 (same as kitchen and link to laundry room (with good washing and drying machines), 1 large and 1 small bedroom on level +3. There are TVs in 4 bedrooms. 3 areas to eat, but we utilized the one in the kitchen most. (There’s no TV in the living/Reception area.)
The location is very nice. About 80 meters to Sloan Square tube station, 120 meters to Peter Jones Department Store, and less than 1 km to the nearest M&S on Kings Road.
There are 2-3 WiFi provided. Best reception is on level 0.
Overall, all of us enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend for the family (probably not for young kids due to fine furnitures). Walking up/ down stairs are required even with the lift.

Wonderful family home for vacation in London
Wonderful property in a very convenient location. Sloan Square station and Victoria Station are very close. Many lovely shops, restaurants and groceries are nearby. The rooms are very comfortable. Bedrooms are large. Each family had their own floor and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of utensils, glasses and pots and pans. The atrium sitting room is beautiful with lots of light and doors to a refreshing garden patio. The management staff is welcoming and helpful and attentive to every request. Our family loved the home and would recommend it for a great vacation.
Beautiful home and location
We overall had a wonderful holiday- the property managers were fantastic and extremely responsive. We had a few problems when we first got there which they were quick to schedule someone to come out to look at and repair.
Really the only trouble we had was that the heating and air system was very unbalanced or uneven- the higher up levels were sweltering and the lower level was quite cool which was difficult for all the parties involved. A few window units came in handy upstairs but to have to run AC units with heat on doesn't seem efficient...
The second issue was the wifi network was far too slow for a house of that size and bedrooms. Only one or 2 of our devices would work at a time and only on one or two levels, so no one had internet connection all week which became quite frustrating for most of us who needed to check in with work and family back home.
But all in all it was a lovely home and experience, and we would recommend!
Beautifully renovated row house great location
Beautifully renovated and well equipt row house in great location. Perfect for our big family. Only complaint is the mattresses are soft and slopped. But the linens are lovely.
Belgravia is one of the most exclusive areas in London. This prestigious area is home to many of London's Museums with the Natural History Museum, Science Museum and the Victoria and Albert (V&A) Museum all in close proximity to each other. Close by you will also find the Royal College of Music, Imperial College London and The Royal Albert Hall.
The Royal Albert Hall hosts many large music events but, also plays live jazz in the evening in the Edgar Room where you can enjoy supper or listen to music in Café Consort while enjoying tea or coffee. Chelsea's own Royal Court Theatre can be found in Sloane Square and is Britain's leading national company dedicated to new work by innovative writers from the UK and around the world.
Belgravia can also offer a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city with access to its green areas and parks, the beautiful Hyde Park, Green Park and Buckingham Palace Gardens are all in the vicinity and Battersea Park is just the other side of the river with boating, café and beautiful walks.
Shopping can be found at Harrods, Fortnum and Mason and the charming shops of Jermyn Street with Sheppard's Market and its quaint restaurants and bars close by. Also at your disposal are the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars of the fashionable Kings Road and Portobello market in Notting Hill. Belgravia has a wide array of dining experiences on offer and is home to Michelin starred restaurants such as Gordon Ramsay on Royal Hospital Road, SW3 and Daphne's on Draycott Avenue, SW3.
The property is ideally situated on the doorstep of chelsea, just walking distance to the famous King's Road and a stones throw from Sloane Square where there are numerous high street shops, boutiques, hair salons, restaurants and bars.
