Sleeping Up To 12 People, In 5 Bedrooms With 4 Bathrooms And Mountain Views

Lounge with oak floors and log burner, smart TV, leading into dining room with solid oak table and seating for 10. Large modern kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 2 people, with all the electrical appliances, dishwasher, range cooker and microwave, utility room with washer and dryer, boot room and garage for storage. Also on the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with the added benefit of a walk in shower room opposite. The house has underfloor heating on the ground floor and oil central heating on the first floor. The layout of bedrooms are 4 upstairs , 2 double rooms one en-suite with a spa bath, both having 5ft beds and 3rd bedroom is a twin. The double and twin share a bathroom. Above the garage there is the 4th bedroom this is a twin and they have their own walk in shower/ bathroom room. On the 1st floor the house also has a 2nd lounge with is south facing and in that room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. Large garden, plenty of parking.

One word excellent for a group of 10

The property was above and beyond all our expectations, very clean and well maintained, lots of little extras ie games for children etc.

Good central location for Mallaig, Fort William, and many more.

Very comfortable holiday home for larger families.

The house was very clean and well equipped. There were beautiful views from the window and we were even blessed with a couple of days of very sunny weather and the weather the rest of the week was much better than forecast.

We enjoyed a lovely boat trip with Crannog Cruise on Loch Linnhe where we had several glimpses of porpoises. My husband fulfilled his ambition to get me and our two boys to the top of Ben Nevis (and back!). My sister-in-law made it too. Six of us also spent a lovely afternoon kayaking on Loch Leven with Rockhopper Kayaking where two seals followed us for a few minutes (highly recommended). We celebrated my father-in-law's birthday with dinner at the Ben Nevis Inn (very friendly staff, good food huge portions)

We had a great time (exept the weather)

The house is very well equipped. We stayed we with 5 adults and three children (teenager) and we had no problem cocking for 8 peöple. There is enough space to do things together or in smaller groups. All was homely arranged and immaculate.

The next supermarket is nearby (by car).

The road to Mallaig is really beautiful, Ben Nevis is not far away and we made a lot of trips (Oban, Loch Ness, Isle of Skye, Glencoe

We can truely recommend this houise.

Modern and well equipped house

The house is well equipped and we could find almost everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The kitchen is perfect for a big group and each room was big and comfortable.

It was also very much appreciated to have a big garage/store room for our bikes, although we missed the possibility to clean the bikes.

The area is just beautiful and the house is very good situated to all the highlights in that area (Ben Nevis, Isle of Skye...)

We really enjoyed our stay at this house and were all sorry as we had to leave.

Take the steam train (hoggwarts express) to Malliag from Fort William for the day, or take a ferry to island hop and visit the many different islands around. Try out the new adventure high wire at the nevis range or take a stroll along the many walks in the area. Visit out sandy beaches at Morar or Arisaig. Watch the many boats go up and down the lochs in the Caledonian canal. There are over 50 munros in the area, for you to try to climb, or try climbing Ben Nevis in Fort William the highest mountain in the UK.
