Plenty of dolphins
The property is in a nice, quiet beachfront community. Our first impressions of the place were thats its a throwback to the 70's with the pink carpet and blue bathroom. It was clean and had 3 flights of stairs to get to the masterbedroom with the deck looking out over the ocean. Plenty of dolphins strolled by and the view was excellent, the property is located perfectly to see the ocean. The bedrooms were small but quiant with a second floor living area and kitchen. There was enough room for seating if you pulled the one table away from the wall which was inconvenient but not impossible. The first floor had a bedroom and a back entrance with a table and chairs, outdoor shower, and grill. The grill was fairly new and fired up right away. We have stayed at some places that that was not the case.
Overall impressions of the place were positive and we enjoyed our stay there. The beach was just a minute walk away which made everybody happy. The price was reasonable too. The only negative comments that I would have is the pink carpet needs to be replaced as it is worn almost all the way through at the bottom of the masterbedroom stairs. The stairs are narrow and getting your luggage up to the 4th floor is not easy, especially for seniors but thats no fault of the owners. A younger family would probably not mind the stairs as much.
The owner was just a phone call away and very responsive but the address was not complete in the VRBO listing which made for some confusion.
