Villa, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 8 + 1

Completely renovated in 2011 Casa Bella has been lovingly decorated and furnished in a minimalist yet sumptuous style. Three of the bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning and the gardens are extremely well stocked with a variety of Mediterranean plants and shrubs. Versatile accommodation including a detached annexe and a bunk bedroom.

A gate leads to the gardens and pool area down a few steps from the off street parking for two cars. The main entrance leads from an open terrace overlooking the pool into the large lounge/dining room with comfortable sofas a large dining set with mirrored wall, air conditioning and high quality accessories. The flat screen TV provides some English channels and there is a DVD player. Wifi broadband is also available throughout the villa. Patio doors from the lounge overlook and lead to the pool and terraces. The new high quality galley style kitchen with granite worktops has a range of eye and base level units, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and a door leading to the pool terrace. There is a guest cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin. Open plan stairs lead to the upper level with three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite with walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin and patio doors leading to the wrap around balcony with stairs leading down to the pool terrace. The other two bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds with electric fan share the family bathroom with a bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. Both double bedrooms have air conditioning and the bunk room has an electric fan. On this level is also a utility room with washing machine and a door to the drying area. Outside the new larger than average 10m x 4m pool has full width Roman style steps and a pool-side shower and is surrounded by a decked terrace with high quality sun loungers and patio dining furniture. A few steps down from the pool terrace lead to the independent annexe consisting of a double bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite with walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin. This annexe also has a small kitchenette area with a sink, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The landscaped gardens are full of Mediterranean shrubs and trees and have several seating areas in both sun and shade. Overall an extremely well presented villa and highly recommended.

Few people forget their visit to Moraira, having discovered the jewel in the Costa Blanca's crown.

The beautiful, sophisticated town of Moraira is now the most exclusive and pleasant place to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca, perhaps in Spain. It still has all of the charm of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards but at the same time has grown to offer almost everything for the perfect holiday.

For those with children, quick relief can be found opposite the town centre where an excellent permanent fairground resides. Or you can choose from one of several places that serves every flavour of ice cream or browse the stalls of the street market nearby.

Just walking around Moraira is a rewarding pursuit in itself - the central market square has many places to sit down and eat or drink, the streets are a mix of quaint cobbled narrow alleys and modern avenues lined with palm trees and fountains and there are many quiet places to sit and watch the world go by or to watch the sea and stunning vista along the coastline to Calpe.

For the active, Moraira offers an excellent array of sports to suit all, including jet ski hire, water skiing, deep sea fishing, diving tuition and equipment hire, tennis courts, a golf course, mini golf and mountain bike hire. For children there are specially designed park areas to play safely in and around the town. Alternatively for a great day out visit Paramount Theme Park, Aqualandia, Mondumar, Font D'Algar, Verger Safari Park or even Valencia for its shopping and unique culture.
