This beautiful luxury family villa is situated in the hills above Moraira on the prestigious development of 'Coma de los Frailes', with superb views of both the sea, open countryside and views to the Montgo mountain as well as being only 7 minutes from Moraira town centre. Every aspect of the villa is modern, stylish and luxurious and offers its guests an unusually high standard of comfort. The Villa is set on a large plot with beautifully manicured gardens with fruit trees and shrubs. The living space opens onto the pool area, giving a wonderful flow and sense of space. The interior furnishing is of an exceptional standard and this property comes with our highest recommendation. For 2015 the villa now has air conditioning in all bedrooms, wifi internet and UK Freesat television channels.

Entry is via electronic gates (with remote access system and entry telephone) with parking for 3 to 4 cars. The front door leads into an elegant spacious hallway with an archway into the dining room leading on to the large living room with 3 sets of Patio Doors from both the dining room and lounge directly onto the covered terrace and poolside. The dining furniture is modern and stylish consisting of metal and glass. The lounge is beautifully furnished with a large wide screen TV including satellite TV with UK Freesat channels and a DVD Player. There are comfortable leather sofas, a feature fireplace with log burner, electronic blinds on the French doors to offer shade and security. The very modern kitchen has a range of eye and base level units, granite work surfaces, fully fitted appliances including an integrated dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, electric oven with integrated microwave and gas hob. Off the kitchen there is a large utility room with washing machine and small freezer. The kitchen utility also has a door leading directly outside to the drive. From the entrance hallway you have access to two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes one with French doors leading to the terrace and poolside. The sother, also with built in wardrobes AND FRENCH DOORS leading to the terrace and poolside, PLUS AN AN ADDITIONAL ASPECT with views TO the surrounding countryside and Montgo mountain. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms. These two bedrooms share a very modern family bathroom with a walk in shower, w.c. and wash basin. Also from the hallway there is a very attractive stairwell with a double height feature windows (with spectacular views over the surrounding country side and to the town of Teulalda), the staircase leads up to the large master suite. This includes built-in wardrobes and dressing area with a balcony to the front with sea, countryside and mountain views, from here there is a concealed doorway leading into the large en-suite with a bath with shower over, 'his' and 'hers' double wash basins, w.c. and bidet. There are French doors leading out on to a balcony with stunning views down to town of Moraira and out to blue Meditterranean Sea as well asoverlooking the pool area and gardens below.The master suite also has air conditioning. Outside, there is an 8m x 4m swimming pool (with pool lights), a roman step for easy entry and in-pool seating area with table. The pool terraces are spacious with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing. The terraces around the pool are flat and have a partial sea view. A good selection of outdoor furniture is provided including dining furniture and sun loungers as well as a barbeque. The gardens are beautifully landscaped with abundance of palms, shrubs and trees (including orange and lemon trees) which can be lit up at night, there is also a lawned area making this the ideal family villa. The village of Benimarco with two lovely bars/restaurants in just a short drive away. Highly recommended for the discerning hoidaymaker who likes to be able to choose between Moraira town, the beach and hidden coves, exploring the local towns and villages, lovely country walks or just quietly lazing around the pool!

Few people forget their visit to Moraira, having discovered the jewel in the Costa Blanca's crown.

The beautiful, sophisticated town of Moraira is now the most exclusive and pleasant place to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca, perhaps in Spain. It still has all of the charm of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards but at the same time has grown to offer almost everything for the perfect holiday.

Moraira offers a huge variety of restaurants and bars to cater for every taste and budget. As the sun goes down and your meal is finished you can always head to one of Moraira's many cafe bars and sit and watch the world go by, or move on to one of several bars or one of the town's two nightclubs.

For those with children, quick relief can be found opposite the town centre where an excellent permanent fairground resides. Or you can choose from one of several places that serves every flavour of ice cream or browse the stalls of the street market nearby.

Just walking around Moraira is a rewarding pursuit in itself - the central market square has many places to sit down and eat or drink, the streets are a mix of quaint cobbled narrow alleys and modern avenues lined with palm trees and fountains and there are many quiet places to sit and watch the world go by or to watch the sea and stunning vista along the coastline to Calpe.

For the active, Moraira offers an excellent array of sports to suit all, including jet ski hire, water skiing, deep sea fishing, diving tuition and equipment hire, tennis courts, a golf course, mini golf and mountain bike hire. For children there are specially designed park areas to play safely in and around the town. Alternatively for a great day out visit Paramount Theme Park, Aqualandia, Mondumar, Font D'Algar, Verger Safari Park or even Valencia for its shopping and unique culture.

    suit your exact requirements, with a minimum stay of just 5 nights.

    * Rental prices include sales tax, electricity, water and gas consumption, linen and
    towels (including a change of linen and towels mid-stay for holidays of 12 nights or
    more), as well as cleaning before and after your holiday.

    * Villa Damage deposit. A non-refundable damage / insurance deposit of GB Pounds 7
    (approx. Euros 8.20) per person is charged per holiday to cover any accidental damage
    during your stay.

    * Air conditioning, pool heating and wi-fi broadband internet are available, but an extra
    charge will apply.

    * You may also order any of the following extras: Welcome hampers, cots, high chairs,
    foldable beds, portable air conditioners (If fixed units are not available) and maid

    * Payment. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and cheques (not within 30
    days of your holiday start date). A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with
