Located close to the beach and the town this spacious and well appointed villa is a great location for a family holiday. With plenty of outside space and a wonderful new private pool built in 2016 this villa is in one of the best locations in Moraira.

This well constructed Villa is ideal for all year round rental having double glazing throughout and gas fired radiator central heating for the cool winter evenings and Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge/dining room for the warm summer months.

Set over two levels the living accommodation is on the upper floor to benefit from the views and the three bedrooms are on the ground floor.

Upstairs there is a large lounge/dining room, separate kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and everything else you might need. There is also a cloakroom and good sized balcony with sea views. In the lounge there is a flat screen TV, DVD player with DVDs, and Sat TV and radio with UK and German channels, an ipod docking station with radio. Wi-Fi .

Downstairs there are three bedrooms, the master with a king size bed and a large en suite with bath, separate shower, hand basin, w/c and bidet, also a double bedroom and twin bedroom and family shower room with w/c. There is also a utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities.

The beautiful brand new salt water 9x4m swimming pool has a large terrace ideal for sun bathing. The pool is gated and perfect for families with small children. There is an additional large terrace at the front of the villa, and another terrace at the rear ideal for barbeque meals, there is a private drive with car port and mature gardens.

The villa is set at the head of a small quiet cul-de-sac and less than 300 metres from the lovely sandy Plagetes beach and some good restaurants, cafe`s, bars and shops. It is also only a short easy walk along the sea front (approx 10/15minutes) into Moraira centre, this villa is in a great location

Excellent holiday villa

Villa was in excellent condition, very clean and well maintained. It is was in a good location close to the town and within walking distance of two lovely beaches and several restaurants. The swimming pool was a good size and perfect for families.

Larger towns nearby such as in Calpe and Javia, can be visited easily in a day as they are only a short drive away.

I would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great holiday in this lovely Villa. It had all the amenities needed and very clean.It has a large balcony with good views to the sea. Air conditioning was in all bedrooms and lounge/dining area. The swimming pool was excellent, clean and well maintained with a large terrace and in the sun all day, good quality sun loungers and there are other terraced areas for barbecue meals etc.

This villa must be in one of the best positions in Moraira as in a small quiet cul de sac and safe area, but only a few minutes walk from lovely plateges beach and several excellent restaurants and shops, also only 10/15 minutes walk into the centre of Moraira along the sea front.

We thoroughly recommend this villa and will definitely be back again next year.

Lovely clean villa, perfect size and pool. Great location

We loved our week long stay at the villa. It's in the perfect location with walking distance to Moraira town as well as the beach. We only used the hire car for the supermarket.

Great villa, great location..

We had an amazing holiday staying at this villa, it ticked all of our boxes - location, family friendly, large pool/outside space, good size living/dining/bedrooms, clean & tidy..

It was walking distance to the beach, marina, restaurants and shops, which meant we rarely had to use our hire car!

I would definitely recommend this villa to friends & family..

Absolutely perfect villa for a family holiday

This was our first time staying near Moraira and we had the most amazing time in this Villa. Having the pool meant the kids could splash about early morning before hitting the beach and then in the evening play about whilst we cooked dinner. It's close enough to the beach and restaurants to not use a car too. It's fully enclosed so felt at ease with the kids running about too and it's on a lovely estate too. The comms with the hosts was fab and the place very clean with the pool / shower area being cleaned every couple of days too. We might go back next year!

Perfect family holiday property

We loved our stay here. As soon as we arrived we were able to park the car then our holiday began. Our children loved the pool which felt safe as it was enclosed, and we loved being being able to relax. The house was comfortable and clean and provided everything we required. The outstanding benefit of this property is its location. We really loved that we were able to walk everywhere. I would definitely recommend this property.

Car: not necessary

Few people forget their visit to Moraira, and fewer still do not return on holiday here year after year, having discovered the jewel in the Costa Blanca's crown.

Moraira's roots are those of a small fishing village and one of the first things you realise when you arrive is that unlike the other resorts along the Spanish coastline, Moraira has not forgotten its roots. Although Moraira has grown in recent years, becoming one of the most popular destinations on the Costa Blanca it has not sold-out to the tourist boom and isn't plagued by the high rise buildings and overcrowding of other resorts.

The town centre and beaches are very clean and attractive and an obvious attention to detail has gone into the town's planning, this is apparent in everything you see, including how easy it is to park in the town centre itself, essential if you are on holiday with children.

Quite simply, Moraira is now the most exclusive and pleasant place to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca, perhaps in Spain. It still has all of the charm of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards but at the same time has grown to offer almost everything to everyone that stays here.

Moraira's two main beaches are made up of clean golden sand and nestled in attractive bays, swimming here is safe and pleasant and the beach is cleaned daily. Moraira's main beach is situated right next to the town centre with convenient pedestrian walkways and a park area meaning that it is not necessary to cross any busy roads to get to the town or the marina from the beach

Moraira offers a huge variety of restaurants and bars to cater for every taste and budget. Whether you are looking for typical Spanish cuisine in Spanish surroundings or international cuisine like Chinese, Japanese, Greek, Italian then Moraira offers it all in style.

As the sun goes down and your meal is finished you can always head to one of Moraira's many cafe bars and sit and watch the world go by.

For those with small children there is an excellent permanent small fairground. There are many small rides, mostly suitable for the young but even adults can participate in the bumper cars and hover boats. Once you are finished at the fair you can choose from one of several places that serves every flavour of ice cream or browse the stalls of the interesting street market nearby

Intertwined with Moraira's restaurants and bars are many interesting shops that stay open late into the evening. These range from the usual tourist fare, to designer clothing, art galleries, Spanish leather goods and fresh produce that can be found in the local shops.

The Friday market held opposite the town centre is an excellent opportunity to purchase all manner of fresh produce as well as imitation leather goods, clothing and jewellery. For the adventurous a fresh fish market at which all are welcome is held in the town's marina every morning except Sunday.

Just walking around Moraira is a rewarding pursuit in itself - the central market square has many places to sit down and eat or drink, the streets are a mix of quaint cobbled narrow alleys and modern avenues lined with palm trees and fountains and there are many quiet places to sit and watch the world go by or to watch the sea and stunning vista along the coastline to Calpe.

For the active Moraira offers an excellent array of sports to suit all, including jet ski hire, water skiing, deep sea fishing, diving tuition and equipment hire, tennis courts, a golf course, mini golf and mountain bike hire. For children there are specially designed park areas to play safely in and around the town.

Moraira is geographically situated in a perfect location, around Moraira itself the landscape changes from the desert like flatness of Alicante to become greener and more undulating as you head North. It is an ideal location to easily visit other towns including Guadalest, Benidorm, Calpe, Javea, Valencia, Alicante and Denia.

Alternatively for a great day out visit Paramount Theme Park, Aqualandia, Mondumar, Font D'Algar or even Valencia for it shopping and culture.

Ultimately, whether you choose to lounge by the pool or on the beach, eat at a one of the many restaurants or visit other nearby towns, villages or attractions we know your holiday in Moraira will offer you what you are looking for and entice you back year after year.

  • A deposit will be required at the time of placing your reservation to secure the booking; the final balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. We can accept most forms of payment. Payments by credit cards are subject to a charge of 2%. On arrival you will be required to pay to the local agent the security deposit of 350 Euro, this is done by pre authorisation of your credit card to the value of 350���. No payment will be taken if the Villa is handed back in the same condition as at the start of your stay.
