3 bedroom 3 bathroom spacious finca with outstanding views in National Park Land
The main finca comprises of a large room with areas for dining and relaxing overlooking the amazing uninterrupted views of the local area. This leads to a large lounge area and kitchen. From the lounge is an office and the twin bedroom and bathroom. You also have the master suite comprising of bedroom, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. From the pool terrace there is a small house with a large bedroom, small kitchen and en-suite bathroom. The private pool area has sun loungers for 6 people and additional seating under the pergola, an ideal spot to have a glass of wine after a hard day around the pool with the children.

One word: Excellent.
The villa is very well maintained and nicely decorated. Everything you need is present.
The pool is beautiful. The surrounding is great with stunning views. No neighbors and very quiet. The back garden gives access to a very nice nature trail.
We have stayed in this villa three times now and will be coming back. It almost feels like home. We always stay here in winter and use it a base to hit the climbing crags in the Costa Blanca area. The house heats up pretty quick on cold evenings.
Tricia is a great host and very welcoming.
I can truly recommend this place is you are looking for a relaxed vacation and do not want to be bothered by screaming tourists.

House very pleasant to live, quietly located.
During our stay, we had 1 day of thunderstorm; the house was not obviously prepared for that purpose: the water infiltrated everywhere around the porch, by the joints of the door and windows. Up to the point where the meter jumped. We mentioned it; we were told that the owner was going to install new frames.
The biggest concern finally was that there was little (water) pressure and, although we had 3 bathrooms, we decided to take a shower alternately and that there was no wifi left after the departure of the previous vacationers who had exhausted the package.
But the house was so pleasant to live in with young people who could bathe at 1 am in the morning without being afraid of disturbing the neighborhood that it remains minor defects seen the value for money.
Our Finca is perfectly positioned between Javea and Denia for a variety of different restaurants, bars and other attractions. Our Finca is walking distance to the famous Marriot La Sella golf resort with its golf course and also full Health Fitness and Spa centre facilities. Javea Arenal and Port areas are a small drive from the Villa with a full range of Restaurants and Bars overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Denia is a little busier than Javea but also has a great variety of Spanish and International restaurants available. During the summer months there are various local Spanish Fiestas taking place - an absolute must see with their beautiful costumes and wonderful customs going back generations.

A 25% deposit will be required at time of booking your holiday accommodation. With the balance plus a £150 refundable security deposit will be required 6 weeks before your holiday start date.
