I absolutely LOVED this property! So peaceful and serene. Mandy was an AMAZING host, readily available answering all questions and making sure I had all that I needed for a comfortable stay.
Very comfortable flat. Close to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed my time here.
Very easy to book. Mandy sent messages to welcome me and give me directions. Information in the flat recommended places to eat and see. Very clean.

Great space , good vibe , close to everything. Easy getting in and out. Just great!
Jazz Fest Weekend
Place was very well put together and comfortable for our needs. We stayed over Jazz fest weekend and mainly slept there between exploring city.
just as advertised, super clean. great place to stay, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again
Excellent Garden District Stay
Very enjoyable location, very easy hosts. Splendid beignets and coffee spot maybe 7 blocks south, and the St Charles streetcar passes right there too. Awesome trip
Located in the heart of uptown New Orleans.
We love our neighborhood and walking to Freret St. to dine at some of our favorite restaurants; Wayfair, Bar Frances, Ancora, Midway Pizza and High Hat! Strolling down Magazine street (walkable) to enjoy the endless shopping is a must! Friendly neighbors and a safe neighborhood (2 policemen live on the block).
There are two parks(play equipment) just 4 blocks away as well as Audubon Park just a short street car ride away for beautiful scenery, a nice stroll, or playing golf. Tulane and Loyola Universities are across from Audubon Park. (3 miles away)The French Quarter and downtown are a short ten minute ride away. This is very centrally located to everywhere you'll want to go in NOLA!
What can we say about Mardi Gras, It's a dream to live so close to the parade route. We will show you the ropes and how the locals do it! We are in a great location for St. Patricks parades as well.
