The second bedroom with zip and link beds which can be used as singles or put together to form a super king size bed. Decorated in fresh green colour scheme with gorgeous painted furniture. You will find plenty of storage for your belongings with the use of the bedside tables, chest of drawers and the built in wardrobes.
The attic bedroom, accessed by a flight of stairs, is just gorgeous- wooden floors, simple decor and French doors opening onto to the balcony offering direct views down to the sea. Sleeping 2, with the use of two single beds or a super king size bed, the bedroom is perfect for families with children as there is enough room for a travel cot. For the ladies, there is a dressing table by the window.
En suite to Bedroom 1, the bathroom has a shower with modern chrome fittings, wash basin with a mirror above it, WC and a heated towels rail.

The property is located on the second floor with 4 flights of stairs. Once inside, the apartment is spread over 3 floors with 3 flights of stairs inside the apartment.
Bits n Bobs
This property doesn't accept pre-wedding groups. The property is located in a quiet, residential building, which will suit families, corporate and small groups.
The accommodation is of a genuinely high standard and whilst you have to be quite fit walking up and down all the stairs (the apartment is spread over 3 floors and the main entrance is on the third floor of this old Regency style house), the layout is thoughtfully planned. Two bathrooms make it easy to have friends visit too. If I have to be picky then the only change I would make is to add a corner cabinet or shelving in the shower en-suite room to the ground floor bedroom - putting things on the inside window sill is a bit naff and prone to risks of falls when the sash window is opened! Otherwise a superb and quiet location. And the garage will just accommodate a large Jaguar saloon for those who might be wondering.....but take it slow and easy even with parking sensors!
There are a couple of shops along Chesham Road as well as an off licence and a few restaurants. Street parking is busy overnight when it's free (between 8pm and 9am), so the garage is invaluable, though a short walk from the apartment. Momentary parking with emergency lights outside the apartment block is an option for quick unloading/loading.
Buses into town are available along Eastern Road (closest) and Marine Parade (bottom of the hill) - they cost £2.30 each way with all the sights and shops of Brighton very accessible from the address.
This was an excellent escape for busy discerning people. Highly recommended.
Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten warten sehr bequem. Das hat alles gepasst. Etwas ärgerlich war, dass bei der Ankunft weder Heizung noch Spülmaschine oder Musik funktionierten. Die Heizung haben wir mit neuen Batterien in Gang bekommen. Den Rest konnte selbst der Service nicht direkt fixen. Auch das Geschirr war bei Ankunft nicht sehr sauber (vielleicht weil die Maschine kaputt war). Durch die Umstände leider an fünf Sternen vorbei.
