Spacious two bedroom, three bathroom Grade II listed house to sleep six in an attractive mews of cobble-fronted cottages offering free parking for two cars. A short walk to Brighton Marina with its restaurants, bowling, cinema and casino, as well as a pleasant seafront stroll to Brighton Pier and the city centre.

The house has been decorated in neutral colours with added feature walls, comfortable seating and a great kitchen/dining area which serves as the perfect space for entertainment.

Kitchen

The L shape, white kitchen with original tiled floors has everything you need to self cater. The cupboards come with plenty of storage for all your groceries and you will find a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge with a separate freezer as well as a coffee machine.

Dining area

Sleek white rectangular table dressed with zingy place mats and coasters and six colourful chairs provide seating for six people. This is a great socialising area for family and friends.

Living Room

The living room is bright and spacious with wooden floors and contemporary furniture. The burgundy sofa opens up to create a double sofa bed to sleep two people. Polka dot tub chairs offer comfy seating so you can either sit back and relax with a magazine or a book from the selection in the wicker basket, chat with friends or family, or just watch the 32" TV or browse online. The glass pane wall brings all the light in, but for those who like a lie-in in the morning, there are vertical blinds fitted for your convenience.

Bedroom 1

Bright master bedroom with clean white lines and a green feature wall. Located on the first floor and to the rear of the house, the bedroom houses a small 4ft double bed, a sleek bedside table and a small chest of drawers. You will also find a large fitted wardrobe with mirrored front where you can put away all your belongings.

Bedroom 2

The twin bedroom, to the front of the house comprises of two single beds which can be converted into a king size bed upon request. Beautiful linen, quirky bedside storage boxes and colour coordinated lamps, give this bedroom a cool look.

Bathroom 1

Located just off the kitchen/dining room, the fully tiled bathroom consists of bath with a shower above it, WC and a wash basin with a mirror.

Bathroom 2

Next to the master bedroom, this bathroom comprises of shower cubicle, wash basin with a mirror above it and a WC.

Bathroom 3

The family bathroom houses a white suite with shower above, wash basin with a wall to wall mirror above, as well as a WC. The large window brings the light in.

Lovely mews house on quiet location near all facilities

Fabulous holiday, lovely area. Parking was a bonus as it is very expensive in Brighton. The house was lovely and cutesie although the bathrooms could do with a general diy overhaul.
