When we got there, the instructions said one of two windows in the bedroom was broken and would not open. Turns out both latches were broken and the flat didn't have an airflow- it got pretty warm there until a week later, City Pad finally got someone to come and break open one of the windows. How can they rent a flat that they know is below standard and yet charge big money? Two of the four chairs in the kitchen were broken and not safe to sit on. Again, why City Pad didn't know about them (hard to believe) and yet they rented the flat anyway. The location was okay, right in the heart of Brighton and the flat, other than the two items above, was small but comfortable. We probably will not rent this flat again.
