Modern, two bedroom converted mews house with free parking and funky decor. Sleeping up to 10, this property oozes class and is the perfect holiday let with a contemporary edge.

Kitchen

Next to the living area and overlooking the garden. High gloss red units contrasting with the white, chrome and steel accessories, equipped with everything you need to prepare a full Sunday roast or a Margarita.

Open Plan Lounge/ Dining Area

The large lounge area has two chairs and a king size leather sofa bed facing the massive 60' LCD TV complete with Sky, ESPN and Nintendo Wii, and a illuminated coffee table with changeable graphics. The entertainment is great for large groups of friends who opt for a relaxing night in.The dining table provides seating for eight guests. Floor to ceiling windows run the length of the room- all in all - a very cool space!

Bedroom 1

Super king size zip and link bed which can be set up as two singles on request. There is a 47” 3D Smart TV and a feature Warhol Elvis wall art runs the length of the room.

Bedroom 2

Crisp white walls and a king size bed with light filling the room from the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the garden.This bedroom has an en suite shower room.

Bathroom 1

Bath with waterproof TV set into the wall & floating remote - who said having a bath is boring? Mood lighting and under floor heating also add to the relaxation in this room.

Bathroom 2

En suite shower room with wash basin, WC and a great powerful shower.

WC

Separate WC on the ground floor, ideal for when you have guests over.

Additional beds

In addition to the king size sofa bed, there are four single cube beds which can be placed in any of the rooms.

Note

The garden will be out of bounds until 11th August as it's undergoing a complete refurb.

The property is fabulous and really well situated

We had a great stay. The house is spacious, modern and clean. There's a great outdoor area for entertaining and The beach and cafes are a short leisurely walk away.

The only thing that lets the property down are the beds!! They are awful, they seem to be really old and it felt as though all the springs had gone from the mattress. I really feel for the money spent there really should be better quality bedding and beds!
