Perfect

I fully endorse the positive comments made by previous reviewers. The apartment is: clean; well maintained and equipped; spacious; cool and airy; quiet; and, within easy walking distance to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops. The roof terrace basks in the sun all day. Mountains of fresh bed linen and towels are provided.

The booking process was a breeze and Martin, the owner, could not have been more amenable. He is a charming gentleman. Martin resides on the island and possesses extensive local knowledge which he is happy to share. Martin met us at the entrance to the complex, showed us the complex facilities and provided a welcome pack to help us settle-in. Given the facilities, the apartment is very competitively priced.

A special mention for Tracey D., a previous reviewer, for her advice regarding restaurants. You have excellent taste.

Many thanks to Martin for a superb, stress-free holiday. I hope to return next year and have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending this rental property.

First class apartment & Great guy to deal with.

That is us back home again after 3 weeks at Martin,s apartment.Once again everything was perfect and Martin was there to meet us even although it was late evening he ran over all that we required to know and if any problem came up to call him. We have booked again for year 2016 as we believe you will not get a better apartment in Tenerife also for a 3 bed the cost is very good. He also left us a welcome pack which was a nice touch.

Beautiful apartment

Arrived back yesterday from a 2 week holiday. We have stayed at many of the apartments in the complex. This is a superior one. The furnishing and fittings are in excellent condition. The main bed was very comfortable and plenty of spare sheets and towels. The kitchen has everything you need, with nice touches like a blender and sangria jug. It overlooks the pool so if you feel like a swim you can see if quiet. The roof terrace gets the sun all day and is very sheltered. Oh, mustn't forget the real powerful hairdryer! Martin is a delight, and it's so nice to meet the owner and he's really helpful. I had a problem opening a door on the 2nd day, I txt Martin and handyman was there to rescue me in 5 mins! If you're lucky like us, Martin will leave you a very welcome pack. In the area, lots to walk to but the bus is a great way to travel. Discount Bonus Bus tickets are available from the small supermarket in the front of the building. They cost 15 euros, and they don't charge commission. We like to catch the bus, have lunch then walk back. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Of our favourites, In La Caleta Rosso sul mare, stunning views and good food, romantic, italian. In Fanabe, the Coeur de Filet is consistently good. Nearby is the Colonial bar and restaurant, an English pub with good food and drink. El Rodeo, 1, Calle Dublin, is walking distance and a very good churrascaria, if you like Rodizio Rio in London, you'll love this place. Final mention for the hotel next door, the Costa Adele Gran. Do take advantage of its facilities, the La Laja restaurant is excellent with al a carte and daily themed set menus. The foyer has entertainment every evening and 'happy hour' is 11pm to midnight so great for a nightcap on way back to the apartment. Overall our best Tenerife holiday so far, (we had great weather too). We will certainly return to Martin's apartment.

A truly first class apartment

We are just back from Martin's apartment, having spent 11 nights there. This really is a lovely place to spend your holiday in Tenerife. There was just my wife and myself staying, so in a very spacious 3 bedroomed apartment we were not short of space! As other reviewers have said Martin is very helpful and professional. He meet us on arrival then on the morning we left. Although we had no reason to contact him during our visit, I am confident he would have been out to us very promptly. There is nothing I can think of that was missing from the apartment. There is a TV in the lounge and master bedroom, washer, dishwasher, table top electric BBQ/gridle?, full oven and hob, the neatest little steam iron I've seen (although I'm no expert!), A huge heavy duty BBQ on the roof terrace (Charcoal) and of course the most important item a powerful hairdryer for my wife. Martin was very keen to hear of ways of improving the "kit" list to improve his clients experience, so I'm sure if you wanted something (within reason) Martin would be happy to get it.

The complex is located just to the side of the Hotel Costa Adeje Gran. Although access is half way up the road, once inside there are more lifts than I have ever seen in one place, so for anyone with a disability, getting access to the apartment is not a problem. It took us less than 10 minutes to walk to the shops at Del Duque Plaza and the promenade along the seafront, so is well located for access to all the main areas. Puerto Colon (Marina) is just under 1.5 miles away, so even to take a taxi it is not very far.

We will definitely be using this apartment again, but booking well in advance is recommended as dates go quickly.

Excellent top class apartment

My Wife and I have just returned from a very relaxing stay in this lovely apartment within one of the nicest complexes in this upmarket area. We were met by Martin the owner who was very amiable and helpful providing a very nice welcome pack as well as showing us where and how everything worked. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, utility room, 3 very spacious bedrooms and wi-fi in the apartment. The overall impression was of a very clean and well maintained apartment. It was a good start. There is a solarium if you love the sun and the shops, bars and some fine restaurants are within easy walking distance of the complex, as are two fine beaches. I would reccomend this apartment to all descerning people as it is very competitively priced for the high standards of quality. The owner does not intrude on your holiday but because he resides on the island is readily available should any problems occur. We will definately be returning as we have found a little gem in Tenerife. Roy and Margaret Vaughan

excellent apartment first class

We have just returned after 21days and booked for next year, In this first class apartment we were met by the owner Martin who showed us around and explained all the facilities. The apartment is very well presented and overlooks the pool and sea views The bonus for us was the WI FI in the apartment rather than the reception area also the roof terrace with sun loungers was superb there is a couple of supermarkets nearby with reasonable prices . Mariin is very informative, helpful and is a nice gentleman.
