The floor was also painted in 2012. Have electric radiators for the winter months, although the weather sometimes makes them almost unnecessary.

It is very sunny, with gorgeous sunsets, particularly in the autumn, spring and winter, making it a good choice for long periods and for which there are discounts depending on the duration of the same. Maintenance service for emergencies 24 hours. Granada with its unique Alhambra is 100 km. Malaga only 50km. City tourism excellence.

Centrally located and well furnished flat.

Flat was in a residential area but a good location, just a few blocks one way to the central area of restaurants around the Balcon (with plenty of tapas bars on the way) and 5 minutes walk down to the local beach. A Large Supermarket was literally just around the corner. Maria was very helpful with instructions etc and answered emails promptly. The flat was well furnished and kitted out with everything you need. Garage parking was useful but quite tight - we had Nissan Note and wouldnt have wanted to try and park a bigger car in there.

Our first time in Nerja and hopefully won’t be our last.

Very enjoyable stay and would visit again

This was our first visit to Nerja and Maria booked the taxis from and back to Malaga airport for us and arranged for the drivers to have the apartment keys.

The property was clean, well looked after, the beds were comfortable, the towels and bed linen were good quality, everything worked, lots of hanging space and the location was in a quiet residential area.

There was limited space in the kitchen area but as we only had breakfast in the apartment it was not a problem.

My wife tells me that a mirror in the bedroom would have been helpful and I can confirm that unless you are on the small side you will not be able to use the shower cubicle. However the shower over the bath was fantastic.

The apartment is very close to the Rio Chillar which has lovely walkways on both sides to both the Playas El Playazo and El Chucho in one direction and to the top of the town in the other.

It takes about 10 mins to walk into the main town and the Balcon de Europa area and a little further into the old town where you are surrounded by bars and shops and restaurants. Great place to visit day or night, busy and lively but no problems.

Hope to visit the apartment and Nerja again.

The property was exactly as stated, especially clean, comfortable and the best location! Walking distance to everything so there is no need for a car. Nice view towards the water. Fans in the LR and BR were appreciated as it was still warm in October but not warm enough for AC. Great wifi and maps of the city helped as well. Thank you!

our holiday in Nerja

The property was lovely and the beds were very comfortable the view from the balcony was fantastic. We alway enjoy our stay in Nerja and have already booked our holiday at the same apartment for next year.

We have been coming to Nerja for 30 years this is the first time we have stayed in that area and were very impressed.

We were a group of four older female friends on our first stay in Nerja. The apartment was centrally located, very clean, comfortable and fully equipped with a nice view of the sea from the patio. Close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stories. Maria and Victor were wonderful hosts, happy to accommodate our requests and make us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to spend some time In Nerja. Make a point to visit the Nerja Caves while in Nerja. Amazing experience!

Nerja is a tourist town visited by his wonderful climate throughout the year, his cave with stalactites and stalagmites. It has a wonderful coastline, cliff largely makes the unforgettable landscape. His now famous Balcony of Europe is one of its best examples. Tourism visits him throughout the year. Your situation can easily visit nearby cities like Granada, where in addition to its already known worldwide visit ALHAMBRA, (visit not to be missed) and Cordoba with its mosque, Malaga, Sevilla or small towns nearby like Frigiliana, Maro etc. .. You can also sport tourism (cycling, Kitte Surf, bowls, tennis, diving, paragliding etc. ..) or hiking (uploaded by the river Chillar ...).
