Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2024): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee.

Welcome to 204 W Acapulco. Boasting 4,300 living square feet, this 8 bedroom home can sleep up to 27 people, in beds, making it a premier vacation rental property for large family groups. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and new stainless steel appliances you will need to prepare delicious meals. The first floor living area is equipped with a pool table in addition to a newest model large screen TV. The backyard is easily accessible through the living/dining area. This beautifully landscaped backyard offers a private heated pool and hot tub where guests can relax and let their cares float away with the island breeze. This home has several balconies... 1400 square feet of balconies! The 2nd and 3rd floors have balconies on the front and back of the house. These balconies are easily accessible from the bedrooms and provide a great area to see the views of the bay. Guests can park their vehicles in the spacious two car garage and in the driveway.

This home is located within walking distance of the entertainment district, local shops, and restaurants so you are never to far away from a good time. With two separate living areas and a sun room on the 3rd floor there is plenty of space for the whole family to relax when they are not out by the pool. Six large flat screen televisions means no one will have to miss the big game or their favorite show. If you want to get out of the house the sandy beaches of South Padre Island are just minutes away.

Each reservation is provided with a starter kit of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: coffee and standard coffee filters, condiments and spices (salt & pepper, sugar, cooking oils etc.), bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit. In addition, furniture may be different from what is pictured as updates are made from time to time to replace wear and tear.
