The accommodation comprises lounge with sofa, dining table and chairs; flat screen tv with free view channels, internet access.

Kitchen facilities include combination microwave incorporating oven and grill, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. All crockery and cutlery provided.

Well appointed bathroom with bath, shower and cabinet space

The double bedroom has a double bed with memory foam mattress,fitted wardrobe with shelves hanging rails and hair dryer.

Beautiful period cottage.

This was a cosy home from home which was beautifully renovated. It is located in a leafy, Victorian suburb of Glasgow but has excellent public transport links. Also a perfect location for exploring the Trossachs. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay and a beautiful, tranquil garden. The owner Angela couldn't have been more helpful.

A highly recommended stay.

We have no hesitation in recommending this holiday apartment. Ideally sited in the West End of Glasgow - and despite being only 10 minutes walk to the Botanical Gardens and a 5 minute drive to local shops and restaurants - it is a little haven of peace and quiet. Spotlessly clean and well maintained - it is one of the nicest holiday locations we have ever stayed in. (And we have stayed in many over the years !!). Angela is so kind, welcoming and the ideal host - she made us feel at home immediately we arrived. The accommodation was perfect in every way - we could not fault anything. Plenty of on street parking. Therefore no complaints whatsoever from us - and a 5 star rating. Thank you Angela for a wonderful long weekend stay with you.

Lovely apartment in Glasgow

This was an excellent place to stay, very peaceful but close to the vibe of the West End & a short walk to the Botanic Gardens. The courtyard is lovely & the apartment very comfortable. Mews Apartment

We chose this apartment for its location in Glasgow, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! Not only is the apartment in a beautiful, quite neighborhood, it is also situated in a idyllic courtyard full of gorgeous plants and flowers. We found it to be convenient to transportation, attractions, restaurants, shopping etc. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, nicely appointed ,and made a great home base for the time we spent touring Glasgow and the surrounding area. Angela was always courteous and quick to respond to inquiries and helpful in offering suggestions for places to eat within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for cozy place to call home when traveling in Scotland.

Loved the apartment!

This is a lovely apartment located behind a garden door I dubbed "The Secret Garden."

It had all the amenities needed. Bedroom had plenty of closet space. Bathroom was huge with a wonderful bathtub/shower. Living area was comfortable with plenty of seating and television. Hot plate is provided, along with microwave and hotpot for tea and coffee. Complimentary milk, tea, sugar and coffee was provided.

The garden area provides a nice scenary from any window in the apartment and when it's not raining there is seating next to the apartment for guests.

The neighborhood is upscale and quiet and within walking distance of the Botanic Gardens and West End eateries and bars. It's about a mile away from the Anniesland train station, which has direct trains to Edinburgh, if you're looking for a day trip.

Angela was wonderful to communicate with, particularly when it came to getting the keys. I did not meet her while I was there but communication through Homeaway and directions for pick up was easy and stress free.

The apartment was much more than I imagined and it was by far one of my favorite places I've stayed in Scotland.

I stayed during the month-long West End Festival and attended several of the events. The Botanic Gardens are particularly lovely, especially the walk along the river Kelvin. One of the cool places not far is Oran Mor, the site of an old church that includes a restaurant, pub and entertainment space. http://oran-mor.co.uk

A fabulous time in a fabulous place

Glasgow was wonderful. I loved the museums (and they are free!). The weather was grand (sunny and warm). But most especially I loved the wee mews cottage. You enter your own secret garden thru a tiny gate, and there are flowers and birds everywhere. The cottage itself has a great layout and all the amenities, kitchen space and living room downstairs with a separate bedroom and lovely bath up a set of stairs. Very clean lots of little extra touches and a feeling of a cozy home. Free wifi. Yay. A lovely quiet neighborhood, but walking distance to the botanic garden and I walked to a lot of other places too. Angela and her mum were great to deal with. I'd definitely stay here again! I'd recommend it for singles or couples who don't like the hubbub of a busy city area.
