A large and much loved family villa near Cefalu with enough room and privacy for everyone. Framed by palm trees and lush Mediterranean gardens, guests staying at Villa Provenza can enjoy stunning sea views while sun bathing, dining or lying in the sunshine on the wide terraces after a dip in the pool.
Spacious rooms with colourful walls and matching furnishings reflect a distinctly Sicilian style. The interiors are uncluttered but comfortable, featuring pictures of local scenes and traditional hand painted tiles and wall mounted plates.
Designed to ensure that large family groups can have the privacy of their own space, the villa is divided into three distinct areas with independent access to each.
The central villa has three double bedrooms, a large living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting room which opens out to the main shaded dining terrace. A staircase outside takes you to two independent apartments, each self contained with two bedrooms, a kitchenette and living room with sofa bed and balcony or terrace. The beauty of this set up ensures that parts of a large group can live independently when necessary, then everyone can come together for family meals of up to 17 people in the main dining room or terrace.

Siamo molto contente !
We are very happy for the stay at Villa Provenza - and for the perfect support from Stefano. All the family were happy for the wonderful house, where we all could have quiet and relaxing days.
No doubt we will come back to Sicily.
Cefalu is indeed recommendable !!
Grazie mille from me and my family

Me and my family have stayed at villa provenza and we have had a wonderful time! The house was perfect to locate 4 couples. We all had our own (double) bedroom with private bathroom. We thought the Sicilian kitchen was one of the hotspots. A real family kitchen with more than enough equipment. Also outside the house we found enough good space to hang around. Massimo and his staff were super friendly and they helped us with everything we needed, great hospitality! The house was very clean as well, we will definitely recommend Villa Provenza!

We cant say enough wonderful things about the house - we absolutely loved it, and it was perfect for our extended family group of 12... Our holiday? The best!” .

When we first saw the Villa Provenza on arrival, it was like walking into a picture; breathtaking sea and mountain views, wonderful gardens, magnificent surroundings and at the edge of the Madonie National Park.
The villa is maintained in immaculate condition and with its 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms the family, especially the kids, had all the space they needed. The pool was a big feature and gave us all a great time as did the visits to the sandy beaches and to Cefalu, only a 10 minute drive away. We took time out to explore the old town, see some of its history, local culture and enjoy some traditional food. Otherwise, it was back to the villa to make the most of a well fitted kitchen, in a wonderful atmosphere that will be with in our memories, for a long time to come!
