New building with 2 lifts in quiet pedestrian area. After a hall, we find ourselves in a spacious lounge with a dining area, leading to a terrace and a comfortable single kitchen equipped with the most common appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, etc ..

A room with bed 150x190 and ensuite bathroom; a room with two beds of 190 x 90 each, with access to another bathroom,

two single rooms with beds of 90 x 190.

From the living room you can also access an individual toilet.

Very pleasant stay. Modern and clean apartments with modern amenities.

Having arrived late, we were greeted by a very patient lady named Carmen. Carmen was extremely nice and helpful and had excellent English. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and within 3 minutes walk to the beach and about 15 minutes walk to the old quarter.

Can't say anything negative about our stay. Very enjoyable.

Best stay in San Sebastian ever.

This apartment is very well situated in the heart of Gros, in San Sebastian, within walking distance from Zurriola beach, shops, dining, bars. The unit is very spacious and comfortable for families, with split floor plan and nicely sized bedrooms and bathrooms. It is also impeccably clean, spotless, well equipped. modern furnishings mixed with heirloom pieces and gorgeous hard wood floors. It is perfectly decorated in neutral tones, The owner is lovely and responds within seconds. She has board games for the kids, boogie boards for the beach, beach chairs, even a first aid kit, which I thought was a great touch. I can't stop raving about our stay, it was simply perfect. Can't wait to return to beautiful San Sebastian and stay here again!

Carmen's apartment is perfect. As a family with two young kids we couldn't fault it. Close to the beach, great location for bars and restaurants, -and an excellent host in Carmen. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to explore the city, very nice, quiet,next to beach and parking house ,very friendly.

Beautiful, large, centrally-located flat in San Sebastian

I don't know if I can say enough good things about this apartment, we stayed in three places in Spain and our whole family agreed there were only good things to say. First, the apartment is very spacious for a family of 6. It was nice to spread out a bit with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Everything is very nicely decorated and there is a TV in every bedroom which my kids were thrilled about even though they didn't spend much time there. The location is fantastic with restaurants, grocery and a playground right downstairs, and a short walk to the beach. Carmen is a very welcoming and friendly host!

Lovely apartment, fantastic City.

Just back from a memorable two week stay in this lovely apartment and fantastic City.

This property is in a great location, situated in a quiet pedestrian street with the City Centre and beaches being a pleasant 10 minute stroll away.

The apartment itself is extremely clean, well-equipped and wonderfully maintained by Carmen who was never less than friendly, courteous and helpful.

Perhaps the only slight downside is the lack of outside space and the views into neighbouring apartments across a courtyard (screened it must be said by a privacy curtain) but it is a City centre apartment after all and these minuses are more than compensated for when you take into account the superb location.

I can thoroughly recommend this property if you intend staying in San Sebastian.

Located near the Kursaal Congress Centre and Zurriola Beach (known for surfing).

There are several public parkings around. Old, Concha Beach, and center, are equally spaced Party, and takes around 14 minutes walking. To reach the more remote parts of Donostia, you can go on foot, by car or by public transport, the stop is about 100m. the portal. The main train station 'Gare du Nord' and the bus station are around 10 minutes on foot.

On the floor the beds are good quality single large 90x190 and 150x190. It is dressed in towels included. Free WIFI.

The apartment is quiet and peaceful. It is surrounded by all kinds of shops to facilitate daily life, such as supermarkets, bakeries, fishmongers, playgrounds, pharmacies, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy daily menus at very acceptable prices.
