Welcome to Chloe's Cove! Inverted Layout - Perfect for Entertaining!! With the living space upstairs, you get great views of the bay and can hear the ocean as you are above most house tops in the area. This house is large and very spacious, providing you and your family ample room to "spread out". Bedrooms are large with tons of space to spread out in (not cramped at all!). Lower deck provides a great spot to have a nice morning coffee and listen to the birds. All bedrooms have airconditioning. The full house has wireless internet and DirecTV in the living room and 3 bedroom (1 bed upstairs and 2 downstairs). Large grill provided with propane as well as house amenities (laundry & detergent, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent). Bikes provided with the house for your use.

We are Conor and Dana. Currently, we live in Manhattan, but are both born and bred Long Islanders. The beach is our happy place and provides re-invigoration. When at the house, we enjoy having friends over, enjoying the many restaurants, playing on the beach, or just reading a book on the sunny top deck.

Ocean Bay Park is the perfect mix between a quiet beach community with nearby amenities of restaurants and night life. If you want the "big town" beach area, you are a short bike ride or walk from Ocean Beach which provides great shopping and much more food/night life options. We enjoy entertaining and having our friends come over, which this house is perfect for. The outside deck is a great sunny area to BBQ on. The living room has great communal seating areas for a ton of guests. The kitchen is large which allows enough space to cook for a small army, with a table and breakfast buffet seating for 13. We want our guests to be comfortable when they stay with us, and this house provides large bedrooms that have ample space and do not have beds crammed into them.
Easy walk from the ferry. Easy walk to the beach. Easy walk to Schooner's and Flynn's. Big bedrooms that are very comfortable (bed's aren't crammed into smaller spaces).
My family and I rented 10 Oneida for Fourth of July week in 2017. The home is spacious and comfortable and includes literally EVERYTHING you will need for a beach vacation. Namely, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels, all toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen, and a gas barbecue grill. Oh, and there are bikes too! All you have to bring is food, your flip-flops and a bathing suit. The house is a short walk to the gorgeous Fire Island beaches on the Atlantic Ocean. There is a market to buy any last-minute needed items, a couple of good restaurants, and the town of Ocean Beach is about a mile away, an easy walk or bike ride for more shopping, restaurants and ice cream. And of course don't miss the gorgeous sunsets from the deck or the bay. The management team for 10 Oneida is highly organized and spot on with everything. They stay in communication with you during your visit to make sure everything is going smoothly. A good example is that we were running low on propane for the gas grill, and they had one delivered to us within an hour. I can only give my highest recommendation for this beach house and I'm sure if you choose it you will enjoy it as thoroughly as my family and I did!
My friends and I rented this house for a long weekend, and I really can't think of anything about the house that wasn't awesome.
The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and for anything food we forgot to bring, the Ocean Bay Park Market was a 2 minute walk away. The living room and eating area were light and breezy, and the bedrooms were comfortable (and had working air conditioners).
We spent a lot of time on the huge 2nd story deck grilling and even had partial views of the bay.
The area was good, with Flynns and the Schooner Inn only a block away, and the beach was a minute walk away if that.
I would definitely stay at Chloe's Cove again
Dana and Conor's house is a beautiful place to spend a nice, relaxing vacation! From the moment we booked, they were helpful and answered all of our questions. They sent a very informative welcome email, and left an additional welcome book for us at the house. The booking was a breeze!
The house is spacious and has a perfect upstairs room for spending time with friends. Even though the weather didn't cooperate the whole weekend, we had plenty of room to hang out between the house and deck. It's a short walk to the beach, and they even leave bikes for you to use on the island! Flynn' restaurant and bar is right down the block, and the town of Ocean Beach is a 10 minute bike ride away.
I highly recommend staying at "Chloe's Cove" in OBB!!
Everything you need in a beach hang house. Stayed here twice already and look forward to a third!!!
Hous is in great shape and clean short walk from bars the beach and ferry. I have rented the house multiple times and will do so again in the future.
