Modern fully equipped kitchen with American Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Steam Oven, Microwave. Laundry area with separate washing machine and dryer. 2 Kingsize beds, 1 Double and 1 single which makes into a double on request. ( Small Extra Charge) 2 Bedrooms en suite showers, 1 shower room, 1 family bathroom. Flat screen TV and DVD. Free Wifi.

Beautiful house in great location !

This a beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable house only a few minutes from Edinburgh city centre. We stayed for 4 nights over New Year and it was perfect in every way. It was only a few minutes walk from the concert in Princes Street Gardens to get back and relax in this delightful home. The property was very well kitted out with all the equipment we needed for self catering , including coffee pods and tea bags. Sarah was also kind enough to leave milk and shortbread for us. Despite the central location it was really peaceful as it is down a back lane away from the traffic.

The house is deceptively spacious and is well laid out with 1 bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and three other bedrooms on the top floor. Our family group of seven adults all had plenty space to relax.

The house is very easy to find from the nearby tram and bus stops. If you are driving make sure you get clear directions as our satnav did not recognise the tram lines and kept trying to take us down streets which were not open to cars. We used the garage as there is little free parking in the area during the day. We don't have a big car but it was quite a tight fit.

We would love to come back here again but would probably not bring the car as it is unnecessary. There are plenty of grocery shops nearby and lots of bars and restaurants. It was great to be back in Scotland for Hogmanay and to see in the New Year in comfort and style. Thank you for a great time Sarah !

Spaceous, Beautiful, Great Location

We simply LOVED this home. It's a spectacular property. Impeccably clean, comfortable, and just beautiful. Every room is wonderful, so stylish, with gorgeous bathrooms and a stunning modern kitchen. We were 3 adults (including one grandmother) and 2 children (including a teenager) and we all agreed this was by far our favorite home during our travels. The location is fantastic, away from crowds but within walking distance from shops, restaurants, Princess Street and Edinburgh castle etc.

Sarah is the perfect owner/manager. She is so considerate, thoughtful, kind, just a class act. She took care of every detail so we could just relax and enjoy our stay.

I would 100% recommend this property, and if we return to Edinburgh, we would book it again in a heartbeat.

Great house and location

The house was perfect for 6 adults and 2 children giving us all our own space and the room to be together for meals and in the evenings. A great location for access to the city and only 15 min walk from the station. The house was extremely well equipped with everything we needed and Sarah was incredibly helpful before, during and after our stay. Thank you!

perfect townhome and amazing owner!

We flew into Edinburgh and stayed here for 2 nights before heading out on a road trip and week long stay in a cottage. We were a group of 6 adults and this place was perfect! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made it ideal. Our entire trip was 3 weeks long and everyone agreed at the end that this was our favorite place that we stayed during our vacation. If we ever go back to Edinburgh, we'd definitely stay here again. It was within walking distance to the main area of Edinburgh, so you don't need a car - make sure you see the castle. Also, lots of good restaurants within walking distance as well (but listen to Sarah when she says to make a reservation for larger groups). Lastly, I had a medical concern crop up the morning after we arrived and I contacted Sarah for recommendations on medical facilities as she'd said to let her know if we needed anything during our stay. She was very kind and helpful and provided me with various ideas on what to do. Can't say enough nice things about the town home and the owner - stay here, you won't regret it :)

Perfect location

We stayed here with two other couples and found the place idea. Enough room for all of us and no complaining about who had the smaller bedroom! I got the master as it was my birthday weekend ! It's also great that there is a garage attached as normally parking in Edinburgh can be a nightmare.

Beds were comfy and showers hot what more did we want?

Sarah answered all my questions promptly and efficiently. Payment process was uneventful.

We would stay here again but getting to it will be easier as we know to ignore road signs and just go for it! I put the blame on the council with their new traffic (mis)management !

A good weekend was had by all 👍👌🎂🍸🍷🍴🍨

Gorgeous house

Fantastic house, gorgeously furnished, and a kitchen with more utensils and things that I have at home! Rooms were a great size, all the beds were really comfy, and 4 bathrooms was perfect for 8 girls! Fab location too, just 5 mins from Princes St, can't recommend this place highly enough. Thanks for a great stay.
