About the property

Superbly finished 2 ensuite double bedrooms with WIFI and all mod cons.

This very spacious front-line beach townhouse has amazing views across the Mediterranean. With the beach on your doorstep it is very peaceful. It has two large double bedrooms, both ensuite, a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, there is also a breakfast table in the kitchen. The spacious living room has a working fireplace and dining area. You have sea views from the living room and patio doors lead onto the terrace also looking out to sea. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and a further bathroom with a bath and shower above.

There is also a toilet with hand basin downstairs. There is a conservatory / sunroom from the master bedroom which has some of the best views in the area! The property has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area. There is SKY free to view TV. There is also free and full internet / Wi-Fi in the house . Street parking and another private parking place . At the back of the property there are wonderful landscaped areas with gardens and a fountain. There is a communal pool and tennis courts for residents only.

Aldea Beach & local area: There are 3 beach bars within walking distance of the property. 'Floria' is unique and truly a memorable experience with the best prawns pil pil on the coast, while 'Olivar' serves fresh fish every day. Both are unique and within minutes walk of the house and on the beach. Within a couple of minutes drive you have the Eroski centre which has several supermarkets and a doctors surgery. The marina of Puerto Duquesa is less than 5 minutes by car - you can walk along the beach to Duquesa in approx 20-30 minutes. There are many more bars and restaurants in Duquesa.

Duquesa Castillo is a small village, about 10 minutes walk on the beach and also has some great restaurants to visit. Sabinillas is also worth a visit and has a long promenade to stroll. There is a nice children´s park in Sabinillas and play areas along the beach. Estepona is the nearest town, only 10 minutes by car and has a magnificent promenade. There are many trips you can do to explore the area including Rhonda by train, Seville, Granada. There are 3 water parks within an hours drive. Selwo Safari park is only 15 minutes drive and a great family day out.

Why Gerard & Mary Kelly chose Manilva area

We discovered this area in 1998 and before we bought it, we searched up and down the coast to find its equivalent... and simply couldn't. Its a unique small development, quiet, private and sophisticated, overlooking one of the quietest beaches with the best views. We have made this property a home from home and want to share the unique experience with others.

What makes this house unique

Anyone who has ever stayed here remark about its uniqueness. Peaceful, private and practically on the beach with two of the best 'Chirinquitos' (beach restaurants) along the coast on your doorstep but far enough away not to cause any disturbance. No driving required ! But, there is ample parking space in front of the house and a lockable private parking place at the back.

Superb location and fantastic facilities

This property was beautiful, spotlessly clean and clearly not fitted out as a rental more as a well cared for home. Fabulous bathrooms comfortable beds. Every utensil you could possibly need was there. As far as location to beach you could practically fall out of bed into the sea. Close to La Duquesa bars and restaurants but far enough away not to be bothered by noise from the port. 5 minutes drive from very good golf course at La Duquesa. The house was so nice I wish it was mine.

Es fehlt an nichts!

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Haus. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man auch Zuhause hat. Die Lage direkt am Strand mit einem Super Meerblick. Einkaufmöglichkeiten ca. 3 min entfernt (PKW), sowie ein gutes Restaurant (Olivar) direkt unterhalb des Hauses am Strand.

Der Vermieter hat eine große Sammlung an Tipps für Unternehmungen oder Restaurants zusammengestellt.

Wir wurden von dem Vermieter sehr gut vorbereitet, eine detaillierte Anfahrtsbeschreibung, Instruktionen fürs Haus etc...

Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!

Erholung pur

Diese schöne Haus hat uns einen wundervollen Urlaub beschert.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr komfortabel, es fehlte an nichts.

Der Standort eignet sich hervorragend für Ausflüge in der Region.

Trotz verkehrsgünstiger Lage ist es schön ruhig. Mit Wellenrauschen

einzuschlafen und wieder geweckt werden ist traumhaft. Die Herbstsonne

konnten wir bis zuletzt genießen, da das Haus über zwei möblierte Terrassen verfügt.

Die Vermieter haben viele gute Tipps (Restaurants, Freizeit etc.) gesammelt und

liebevoll zusammengestellt. Das war Urlaub von Anfang an! Wir kommen gern wieder.

direct aan zee

De beschrijving op deze site klopt precies met de werkelijkheid. Voor mensen die rust en een mooi uitzicht zoeken is dit perfect.

Het huis is direct aan zee gelegen en is voorzien van alle gemakken. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers met elk een eigen en suite badkamer. Er zijn zelfs een wasmachine en droger aanwezig.

Het enige dat niet aanwezig is, is een koffiezetapparaat. Engelsen drinken nu eenmaal liever thee dan koffie..

Vlak voor de deur zijn 2 strandtentjes waar je een drankje of eenvoudige maaltijd kunt kopen.

Een (huur) auto is wel aan te raden, want de winkels etc. zijn niet op loopafstand.

De eigenaar was erg behulpzaam en servicegericht!

Unique cosy location

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this lovely beach appartment. It is very cosy, clean and comfortable and the beach and pool are really just 10 meters from the terrace. It is a unique location, quiet and close to all the necessary infrastructure. The owners are very helpful, restaurants are just in front of the terrace on the beach. We really loved this place, can warmly recommend it and hope to come back next year.

Aldea Beach is a beautiful, quiet and peaceful beach side development between Estepona and Sotogrande. It is literally front-line beach and offers amazing views of the Mediterranean over to North Africa. It is in an ideal location mid-way between Marbella and Gibralter in Andalucia. Located just a couple of kilometres from the thriving marina of Puerto de la Duquesa, often referred to as one of Andalucia´s best kept secrets, with its many restaurants and bars. The area is also a haven for golf enthusiasts with over 50 courses within one hours drive. Aldea Beach is just 55 minutes from Malaga Airport and 30 minutes form Gibraltar Airport.

Golf: As well as blue flag beaches the area is a Mecca for golf enthusiasts with 60 courses on this coast including Valderrama (15 Min drive), the venue of the 1997 Ryder Cup, San Roque and Sotogrande (15 Min drive). Finca Cortesin is 5 min drive as is Casares Golf, Doña Julia.
