House equipped with furniture for garden, balcony and rooftop terrace. Shaded awnings for garden and first floor balcony with sunbeds for garden, pool or beach. Fully furnished with household amenities including washing machine, oven with hob, microwave, fridge and ceiling fans.

Located in a gated community with secure parking and large swimming pool with separate kiddies section.

Very central location, within 2 minutes walk of shops, bars and restaurants on the 'Cabo Roig strip'. New large shopping centre, La Zenia Boulavard, just 2 km away.

Beautiful Cabo Roig beach just around the corner with picturesque cliff walk to La Zenia beach. Many other lovely beaches close by.

Villa Martin, Los Ramblos and Campomor golf clubs within 5 km and several other good courses with 20 km

Nearby for children, go-karting, water park, amusement park, horse riding, paddle boats, volleyball and cycling.

Town of Torrevieja, beautiful and atmospheric just 6km away with plenty of shops, restaurants, harbour board walk and promenade. Ancient Roman port of Cartagena 40km away with large department stores and historic tours of the port and the old town.

Beautiful old style Spanish house over 2 levels. Beautiful enclosed garden at the rear and a large roof terrace for private sun bathing. Plenty of space for bar b q and very safe for small children. Large community pool and small children's pool area as well.

What makes this house unique

Ideal if you like privacy and very secure for small children. While secluded it is still a very short walk to restaurants, shops and pubs. Plenty of night time activity. Only short walk to beach with beach furniture available in the house for your use.

Beautiful house in perfect location.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in No 52. Inside house has everything you could need, outside space from terrace off living room to balcony off bedroom to roof terrace, who could need more.

Fiona, who looked after the property was really helpful & could not do enough for us.

The location was perfect only 5 minutes to beautiful Cabo Roig beach & just round corner to Strip with restaurants pubs & shops.

Beautiful,well equipped house, close to all amenities.

Loved the fact that this house was so quiet, safe & secure but yet so near all the restaurants & bars. |t's less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach with beautiful costal walks nearby. The gated community is well maintained with an immaculately kept pool.

Wonderful holiday home

Just had a 4 week stay at this amazing property. We have rented many holiday lets and this has to be the best. The house has been equipped with everything you need and more. This delightful property has a very private sun terrace with comfortable beds plus table and 4 chairs for outside dining. Also the small back garden has a lovely shaded area with the most comfortable chairs for relaxing any time of day plus another table and 4 chairs for further outside dining. The house is immaculately clean with an abundance of towels both for home and beach. There are also sun loungers with a trolley that you can take to the beach in addition to the ones on the roof terrace. The location of the property is superb 5 mins one way you have a selection of many restaurants on the Cabo Roig strip. 5 mins in the opposite direction you have the Cabo Roig beach with long coastal walks passing lots of the blue flag sandy beaches. The gated community the property is set in is very pretty and gardens and cleanliness are to a high standard with a large communal pool.The agent who manages the property is excellent and replies promptly to any queries. We will certainly be returning
