Jehra Heights is a beautiful, modern 3 (double) bed villa, perfectly located in a quiet farming valley with extensive views across the valley and far out to sea. Just 10mins walk from the rural, sought after Parekllisia village and all its amenities, the villa is only 10mins drive to the sea front beaches. Ideal for 3 couples sharing or a family.
Beautifully furnished, the villa offers modern luxury and comfort throughout. Designed over 3 levels to face the valley and the sea, the vast views and windows bring the feeling of openness and space in to most rooms. The large tropical front garden (and patio) is a real feature, a place where you can relax, enjoy the breezes coming from the sea and up through the valley; a place where you can chill out on comfortable sun loungers or dip into the cool pool; and a place where you can extend your Summer days into evenings with alfresco dining using the large BBQ and comfortable furniture.
Kitchen/dining room is bright, modern and spacious with built in dishwasher, family size fridge freezer and a large utility room housing washing machine and dryer and additional storage. The elegant living room is bright and spacious with flat screen TV, DVD player with wifi TV. A small office holds a library of books, DVDs and games. Wifi/internet. There is a Guest WC, just in case!
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, luxury bath en-suite and very large balcony and gazebo (amazing breakfast location) to enjoy the superb views of the valley and sea in the distance. The second bedroom faces onto the back garden of fruit trees (lemon, lime, mandarin, fig, pomegranate), has a king-size bed and shower room; and the third bedroom with en-suite shower faces onto the valley with large windows and a separate balcony for personal “quiet time”.
All rooms have A/C with hot water provided throughout the day utilising solar during the Summer and gas powered hot water/central heating during the Winter. A beautiful log burner can also heat the entire ground level rooms during the cooler months.
The ‘walled’ property has remote controlled double gates to the front and careful fencing to the back to maintain a feeling of openness balanced against secure environment.
Jehra Heights is our love child! We found the land during a quick holiday to Cyprus and had bought the land and designed the basic foot print of the villa by the time we left - 3 days later. We worked with a local builder, his team and a young enterprising Cypriot architect over 2 years to build something to our style and our family needs. The villa is effectively our home and we do spend our holidays there as well.... so please look after it like an old friend! :)

When we go on holiday we want to refresh the body, mind and soul and the villa works for us! When we designed the house we tried to bring the outside in! The truly fresh air in the valley comes straight off the sea (which you will see in the distance) and with the views across the valley - we spend as much time as possible outside and when we are inside we can still see open space and feel fresh air.
Modern appliances - all family sized - bring reliability, alongside a well furnished kitchen, should you wish to eat at home. A real home from home with everything you should need.
Jehra Heights gives you the best of all worlds! Somewhere to chill out for those who want to simply snooze their holiday away through to those who want to party and party. Limassol tourist area is crammed full of bars, coffee shops and night clubs. So you can party all night and then sleep all day in real peace.
Parekklisia village offers a whole host of nearby amenities and activities - from horse riding, shooting, wine tasting, etc. Amenities include tavernas, bars, doctor, dentists, pharmacies, butchers and village shops offering excellent local produce.
It looked quite good on the web site, but in reality it was even better. So good that it was a real effort to leave the property. We have absolutely no negative comments and although we generally don't tend to go back to the same place, this one might have to be an exception to the rule
Directions were emailed to me well in advance and was easy to follow. Customer Service was great, very friendly and helpful.
Is well maintained and all essentials available and more. Very clean, including linen etc, which for me is essential. A ‘welcome’ pack was available in the kitchen, which had all the necessary information in it, from wiifii information to Dr or Private Clinics available.
The house is well designed, and has ample space inside and out. The bedrooms are also spacious and plenty of clean cupboard space for your clothes.
The living room was also spacious, but found we never used, as we preferred to spend our time outside on the patio and in the pool. The pool was also kept clean, it was maintained weekly, but if you felt it needed a little more cleaning, you could use the ‘pool net’, which we did not mind doing.
Great selection of books for the keen reader.
Temperature in the house is kept cool without using A/C.
Only one house opposite, whole surroundings is very quiet and peaceful.
The views are just great, sitting on the patio in the morning, drinking tea and listening to the birds singing was my favourite spot.
In the local village is a fantastic Fish Tavern, beautiful fresh fish, is rather expensive, but nice!
There is also a really nice restaurant next door to the Fish Tavern, which has various dishes, from BBQ, grill and pizza. They do takeaway and also deliver.
There is also a really nice bakery, where we would get our daily fresh baked bread and snacks.
Local beaches and nearby places for you to go for walks. In the ‘old Town’ they have really nice coffee shops, restaurants and are family orientated, you can also have great walks.
You will need a car to get around.
I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning again.
Jehra Heights is a stunning house with lovely views over the surrounding countryside.
All the rooms are spacious it is beautifully furnished with some truly unique and special pieces of Middle Eastern furniture collected by the owners. The kitchen is superbly equipped, to the extent where it’s almost tempting to cook whilst on holiday!
There is a large, very well maintained pool with plenty of surrounding space for the outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and barbeque as well as comfortable sofas and chairs to sit on in the shade.
The house was spotlessly clean and the local English agent could not have been more helpful.
My only regret is that we didn’t use the superb lounge as the weather was to nice not to make full use of the outdoor areas.
We had a very memorable holiday and I would strongly recommend this property to anyone wanting a peaceful, luxurious holiday in the hills near Limassol yet close enough to enjoy the amenities of the town and the beach areas.
The villa is situated in the quiet rural farm area of Parekklisia village with views of the sea in the distance. Visitors will be able to laze away days by the pool or in the sea and then either cool down on the terrace, walk down into the village for local bars and tavernas or enjoy hectic nightclubs of Limassol later into the night.
Day trips out to Aphrodite's Rock, Kurium Bay or into the Troodos mountain and even up to the top of Mount Olympus add more local flavour to the wall to wall sunshine island. Waterparks in nearby Limassol or further afield Paphos add to any family holiday.
