This first floor apartment has a large living, dining and kitchen area to the front of the apartment with calming views out to the sea. The living area is accommodating and comfortable able to seat a family of four. On entering apartment you have a tee shaped hallway with a lovely bedroom in front of you which has views out to the sea. It is equipped with a comfortable bed, a generous size wardrobe and chest of drawers. There are lovely large windows letting in plenty of daylight.
Also off the hallway is a very large family bathroom for the use of the family and any guests you have visiting.
The second double bedroom is a real treat, probably for Mum and Dad. It is a good size, again with views afforded out to sea by the generous and large sash windows. It has a generous storage area and wardrobe, as well. There is an ensuite bathroom serving this bedroom.
You are moments away from the beach in the well-apppointed, beautiful building. Come out of your apartment door, head out of the building, literally a few steps and you are on the beach. Each apartment has sea views, beautifully furnished and huge windows allowing the daylight in to your apartment.
The building is grand and quite imposing on the seafront, and a short stroll from the harbour. Taking in the boats in the glorious marina whilst having your lunch or a morning coffee is a short stroll away from Granville Marina.
Ramsgate is gorgeous seaside town with the only Royal Harbour in the UK, a high speed train from London St Pancreas (1hr 17mins) and an international airport which connects you with Schipol, Holland. You will find the most amazing beach walks, lined with white cliffs and south facing. Foodies will love the range of eateries offered in both Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate. The Old Town in Margate offers great shopping for vintage lovers and the new Turner Gallery is a haven for lovers of art and culture. If you are travelling with children, a trip to this area is not complete without seeing the Museum in Quex Park.
This property is good for those who want to be as close to the sea as possible. Whether you want to watch the sea glistening under the sun's glare or you want to take it in as it rises from low to high tide, running through various states of volatility and excitement. The sea is a beautiful spectacle to regard.

This property has the added benefit of parking. There is a private car park available for the use of the guests and this is a major plus in a town where parking can be tricky.
Deposits are non-refundable and represent 30% of the booking. If your arrival date is more than 8 weeks away we will ask for a 30% deposit and then the balance payment 8 weeks before your arrival. Once the balance has been paid you are liable for the entire cost of your stay in the property. If you cancel within the 8 week period we will endeavour to re-let the property. However, if we cannot re-let the property you remain liable for the entire cost of your stay. If re-let, you will be refunded 70% of the total cost. Security deposits are a £250 pre authorisation, this is a shadow on your card in case of any damage is incurred to the property. If damage is caused to the property, you will be informed of the damage and the cost and your card will be charge to cover the cost of the damage.
We travelled down from London after a frantic, hectic week trying to tie up loose ends in our work life. We were in desperate need for a break.
The journey was really quite simple; we jumped on the train at St Pancras, and were in Ramsgate in just over an hour. There's plenty of taxis outside the train station, we jumped in one and were at the building in 5 minutes. We followed Ben's instructions for finding the keys, we picked them up and were in the building and the next thing, in our apartment.
Arriving late-ish at night, you don't really appreciate how spacious this property is. It's really well-equipped, everything seems brand new and it's really well looked after, not to mention, very clean.
The joy of the place comes in the morning however. The light streaming in from outside, and having the windows open, you feel almost as if you are sitting on a boat. For us that was the best thing. Living in London, the experience of being next to the sea, more specifically this close to the sea, is just wonderful.
We walked out one morning, turned left, walked along the beach and 40 minutes later we were in Broadstairs. A great walk, after a lazy morning and late night.
I would highly recommend this apartment, which is at a great height in relation to the sea and wonderfully fitted out.
Die Beschreibung des Appartements verspricht nicht zuviel. Das Meer ist vor der Haustür! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Pubs, Restaurants, Hafen und mehr sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Sunrise Fish and Chips sind absolut zu empfehlen. Das Objekt selbst ist mit zwei Bädern und dem großen Wohnzimmer mehr als großzügig für 4 Personen. Bei der Ausstattung der Küche hätten wir uns ein wenig mehr gewünscht (nicht nur vier Gabeln z.B.). Aber alles ist immer noch ausreichend. Man muss sich auf jeden Fall der typischen englischen Betten bewusst sein.
This beautiful property is situated on Ramsgate Sands, just steps from the beach, this really is a one off location. With the doors open you can listen to the sound of the sea, proven to help you relax and even sleep better!
Thanet is renowned for the quality of its beaches, and Ramsgate has some of the best in the area. Ramsgate Main Sands, situated a stone’s throw from the Royal Harbour, has been awarded a Blue Flag – a tribute to the cleanliness of its water, its safety record and its range of facilities. Hire out a deckchair and dig your toes into the soft sand.
On the seafront you will find Ramsgate Marina and the Royal Harbour. The area, surrounded by stunning Georgian and Victorian architecture, is a hive of activity.
After all this activity, sit back and embrace Ramsgate’s café culture. Relax in one of the sea-facing cafés or restaurants, watching the boats come and go in the marina and admiring the skies that J.M.W Turner described as the loveliest in all of Europe.
