The property is well situated, located on San Juan de la Rambla, a picturesque seaside village of Tenerife.

Just one or two minutes supermarket, pharmacy, gas station ... natural volcanic pools and beautiful beaches. Thanks to its convenient location you can make fantastic excursions to the volcano Teide, Puerto de la Cruz, Garachico, the capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife, La Laguna, Anaga ...

Built on one level, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, bright living room, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious open onto a large terrace with magnificent sea and mountain dining.

The farm also has a separate guest house.

It has 1 bedroom with two beds, a bathroom and a terrace with beautiful scenery that makes it possible for a family or two couples renting the villa can be together but have some independence.

This guest house is always rented with the main house.

Charming rural retreat

The property is easy to find if you follow Marta's excellent directions,the drive down to the house is a little daunting at first,but soon got used to it.The house it's self is lovely,so private set in lush grounds with a small pool.Good views from the front of the property.

The house is equipped with everything needed to be able to self cater including a washing machine.

It was certainly one of the nicest rentals that we have stayed in and the owner was very attentive to.

Amazing house, amazing views, amazing gardens.

I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a stay full of peace and quietness away from the masses. There is so much to discover at Tenerife, never the less you should take the time off and enjoy the setting of the house. Marta, the owner, is so helpful to explain you everything concerning the house, surroundings and the island. To put it in simple words, we loved it!!!

Fantastic rural house with stunning views

What a fantastic place to stay, my wife and I rented this house for the whole of November and were very happy with our choice. The house and gardens are much bigger than we thought and everything looks like it does in the photographs which is always a pleasant surprise. The house is well situated in a rural setting but also close to a number of small towns and villages for all the daily basics. It's a ten to fifteen minute drive to the shopping centre in Puerto de la Cruz where there's everything you'll need for your stay. There's also a great farmers market at about a mile and a half away on a Saturday and Sunday morning which is a must do. Location wise it's just about perfect for exploring the west and north of the island which is much prettier than the south, the house also has stunning views down to the sea. Marta the owner is delightful and made us very welcome, she even made time to join us for a coffee when we visited Santa Cruz. Nothing was to much trouble and she's there to help if needed, we would recommend this property unreservedly.

If you love privacy then this is the place for you

I never do reviews, but this place deserved one...

I too had done lots of internet research to find the perfect holiday house. The photos of the property don't disappoint. The house is lovely with everything you need for self catering. Plenty of towels, bedding and even a hair dryer. Store cupboard items that other guests have bought are left in the pantry. There was plenty of proper coffee and basics to cook with. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked. The house is well presented and furnishings were excellent. The living area is open plan and split level between the lounge and dinning area. There are lots of steps... steps to the front door, steps in the living area, step in the bathroom, steps to the garden, lots of steps to the guest house in the garden, so this is not a property for the less mobile or families with small children. The access to the house is via a very steep drive. Ensure you book a hire car that can cope with the gradient! Parking is plentiful and secure at the property. You will be asked to lock both the wooden gates to the property and the iron gate at the exit at the top of the drive at all times. We loved this as we hired motorbikes too and were happy knowing they were totally secure when going out in the car.

As a couple we really enjoyed the total privacy, seclusion and peace and quiet. The garden is not over looked at. The pool is not heated so was very cold when we stayed in April. The garden is a sun trap all day though so great for sun worshippers.

The views from the house are fantastic. I loved the sea views from the bedroom and front of the house. From the guest house, the views are even better... banana plantations, sea views and a great sunrise. Look up hill and you can see Mount Teide.

We have stayed in the area before so knew our surroundings. There are supermarkets off TF5 and a brilliant farmers market on the weekends at the bottom of the hill. We tended to head to Puerto de la Cruz for eating out although there are lots of little places near the house. We just needed another weeks stay to get round to visiting them!

Marta, the owner, will meet you at the property on your arrival. She is lovely. She provides a folder with information on the area and suggestions on places to go/eat. She is very informative. There are maps and tourist guides at your disposal.

We loved this property and wouldn't hesitate to book a stay again. It is the perfect place to get away from it all.

The most beautiful holiday home you can ever find

We stayed at Marta's house for one week in March with my boyfriend and could not have enjoyed it more!

I spent quite some time in internet to search for a perfect holiday home in Tenerife as we didn't want to stay in the tourist resorts- we wanted something more authentic and private. When I found this property I got so excited and I was actually a bit nervous because I thought it was too good to be true! But it was exactly as promised and even better - the pictures doesn't lie, but the views are even more amazing!

Marta's background in interiour design really shows, as a bit of an addict of pretty interiors, I was amazed - every detail of the house was so thought trough - every corner of the garden and pillow of the couch. And of course the views - it was so great to wake up to look over the hills, banana plantations and sea, drink coffee on the terrasse. We were also lucky to have great weather to enjoy the time by the pool (and cold white wine on the terrasse;)).

We loved also that the house was so private, no other houses nearby but at the same time all the shops, restaurants, little villages, sea (and the natural pools which was amazing experience for us!) and even farmers market were so close.

Tenerife is such a beautiful island with so many things to offer, after also visiting south side tourist areas during one of our roadtrips (car is a must! The roads are so good and the highways take you everywhere, even south side, very fast and with car you can explore so much) we were especially happy to choose the house - we really prefered the lucious green nature and privacy over the growded tourist areas.

Marta gave us also great tips about where to go and even though she gave us full trust and privacy to stay at her house, we always felt she was there for us when we had any questions or if we would have had any issues (we didn't however :)). She is a super super friendly and sunny person, very organized as well with all directions and recommendations etc.

I have been to many places around the world, but this was no doubt the best holiday I have ever had! I really hope to return one day.
