The apartment is amazing! I stayed here for my hen do last week and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The location was fantastic with a supermarket in the building! Lots of food places nearby especially the one opposite! The views were breathtaking! Samer was great to deal with on the booking side of things and called us mid stay to ensure everything was going well! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back! Thanks again!!
Good location - walking distance to Marina, JBR Walk, Palm Monorail
Our family of 5 stayed here comfortably. The view is great as you are 90 floors up and there are several outdoor balconies. Apt was adequately equipped. Small market at the bottom of the building and grocery stores nearby. 10 min walk to the Metro, which is nice and clean, but a bit full at peak hours. 3 Bathrooms was helpful with 5 guests. If you enjoy a bottle of wine on the balcony while you take in the view, be sure to hit the duty free shops when you land. There is a big duty free shop at baggage claim with good prices. Our host was available on WhatsApp throughout our trip.

I visited Dubai for the first time and along with the attractions and sight seeing, my stay in this apartment was absolutely great! I was allowed to check in earlier as my flight had landed before the scheduled check in time. Owner was great and easy to communicate with and had no problems to adjust to my needs, providing excellent customer service. The apartment itself was very clean, tidy and spacious as it allowed myself and 7 other guests to stay there without hassle and had more than enough room to accommodate all of us. It is also situated very close to the main attraction sights and offers spectacular views of some of the attractions such as The Atlantis hotel, Palm Islands, Jumeirah beach, Burj -Al-Arab and many more. Their are also restaurants and shops within walking distance, who will also deliver right to the front door of the apartment if needed. Overall, it was a great first time experience and I will strongly recommend this apartment to others and will definitely be booking this apartment for my next visit. :D

This was my first time in Dubai and I must say it was a very pleasant stay. Not only did we enjoy the sight seeing, but the accomodation was also exceptional. The apartment was really good, exactly as shown in the pics. Being on the 90th floor, we experienced amazing views of some of the main sights such as the Atlantis, Palm island resort, Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah beach and the Dubai marina. We had a party of 8, including 1 wheelchair user and the apartment was perfect, convenient and comfortable for all 8 of us. Samer was also great to communicate with and really friendly as he allowed us to check in earliar than the scheduled time. The apartment block is situated in a great location, close to main attraction points and also has fast and easy access to food places and shops on the ground floor who will also deliver straight to your apartment.
I would definetly reccomend this apartment to anyone else who is visitng Dubai and would also make this my first choice for my next visit as well.

This apartment was ideal for our recent stay in Dubai. It was very spacious and well equipped. The views are truely spectacular and can be enjoyed from various vantage points but also the comfort of a full balcony, which is great for breakfast or just a general unwind after a full day. Check-in was extremely easy (even though we didn't arrive until 1 am) and a very, very big thank you to Samer who allowed us the luxuary of checking out extremely late on our last day (and at no extra cost!) I highly recommend this property.
The Princess Tower is considered the world's tallest residential tower (registered in the Guinness Book of World Records) thanks to 414 meters between the top of the building from the ground.
