A 1,2 Or 3 Bedroom Holiday Home 5 Minutes Walk From The Beach.

We have 3 properties along the same terrace, so ideal for extended families. We have a 1,2 or 3 bedroom interconnecting holiday home 5 minutes walk from the picturesque Mudeford Quay, suitable for 1-6 guests. The House sleeps 4 guests and the Cottage sleeps 2 guests. Combined with our other property on the same terrace we can accommodate up to 10 guests if you need extra space. (Near the Nelson pub which has great food!)

The property is arranged as a two bedroom House with a one bedroom adjoining Cottage. There is an adjoining doorway between the two halves to give you flexibility and choice. Both sides of the property benefit from lovely gardens. These properties are charged individually.

The cottage is a perfect addition for grandparents travelling with the family or for teenagers to have their own space. You can also rent the cottage separately as a couple.

Welcome to Rose Rentals! I grew up in the beautiful area of Christchurch so know it really well. That's me in the photo. We are so blessed to have the combination of the coast and the New Forest to offer you. I have often rented self catering properties and quickly learnt from my own experience what works and what doesn't! We are a small family run business. Why Vikki Jolly chose Mudeford

This is a unique property in the area with the interconnecting House (sleeps 4) and Cottage (sleeps 2). You can rent either or both depending on the size of your party. We have 3 properties in the area - Quay Reach is our most recent addition and is perfectly positioned very close to the beach, bus stops, a great pub, restaurants, local shops, a play area and cricket ground and a fish and chip shop! You don't need to drive anywhere if you don't want to! Or if you want to explore there is so much to see along the coast. Whatever the weather! Our guests say: 'A perfect base to explore the area, and to recharge those batteries! The house has everything you would ever need.'

What makes this cottage unique

An interconnecting House (sleeps 4) and Cottage (sleeps 2) which you can rent independantly or together. Perfect for travelling with friends/grandparents/teenage children who might want their own space and privacy. It's great to have the flexibility. Both the House and Cottage have pretty gardens to enjoy. We also own an additional property on the same terrace so, combined, can accomodate up to 10 guests travelling together. Lovely house and cottage for our family get together.

For us the house and cottage were in the perfect location about a 30 minute walk from Christchurch centre but not far from the sea. Property was spacious and had plenty of kitchen utensils, although there are restaurants very near. All the family were able to be there for a birthday celebration which was great. Perfect weather was an added bonus for a walk around Mudeford and Christchurch.

There’s so much to see and do in Hampshire and Dorset. Most visitor attractions and gardens remain open all year. Cosy pubs offer a warm welcome and there are plenty of hearty meals to be enjoyed in the local restaurants. Walkers can take their pick from coastal paths to peaceful country lanes.. Sports lovers can choose sailing, windsurfing, fishing, horse riding or diving and local leisure centres offer a whole range of options.

The famous seaside resort of Bournemouth, with its gardens, modern shops, fine restaurants, great beaches and its historic pier is nearby.

The New Forest offers a whole range of activities from walks, pony trekking, golf and fishing, not to mention the fantastic scenery. At the coastal edge of the Forest sit Lymington and Beaulieu - famous for it’s motor museum and Palace.

There are the Purbeck Hills and Dorset’s famous World Heritage Jurassic Coast to explore as well as Swanage and the seaside town of Weymouth and Poole. Trains go regularly and directly to Weymouth and Poole.

Mudeford: The picturesque quay with its lobster pots, fishermans’ cottages and inn is still the focal point for the local fishing industry. It’s a great place to watch the fishermen unloading their catch. Mudeford offers beautiful sandy stretches of beach in quiet surroundings with a short ferry from Mudeford taking you to Mudeford Sandbank where there is a safe swimming beach on seaward side; the sheltered harbour shore is sandy.

Avon Beach: Clean sandy beaches, safe swimming, and views to the Isle of Wight. Facilities are excellent, including Avon Beach Café and shop, deck chairs, canoes and beach huts available for hire. Gundimore Promenade links the beach to Mudeford Quay where you can try your hand at crabbing, take a ferry trip to Mudeford Sandbank or simply enjoy the views.

Stanpit Marsh Nature Reserve: The 65 hectare site has an unusual combination of habitats including salt-marsh, reed-beds, freshwater marsh, gravel estuarine banks and sandy scrub. The marshes are particularly important for wildlife, with over 300 species of birds and 400 species of plants recorded, many of which are nationally rare or endangered.
