Apartment for 4 persons a few meters of the Paseo del Born,Cathedral and the sea

The apartment is located on a lovely pedestrian street right in the heart of Palma de Mallorca old town. This area has been carefully restored to give a feeling of Palma in the old days while at the same time shops and boutiques. The apartment is located a 2 minutes walk from the Cathedral, Palace of Almudaina, Square Cort,Arabs bath,, museums and 5 minutes from the harbour, La Lonja and Nautic club. The Palma beach is a 10 minutes walk.

The paseo del Born is literally just around the corner.

Very near apartment, there is a lot of restaurants, a lovely cafe with terrace, boutiques, pharmacie, bakery...

However the apartment is quiet because it's vey close to everything but far enough away to not appreciate noise.

The car is not necessary. Also the bus station is very close to the apartment. The buses go to the beach (5 minutes) or another point of Palma or other areas of the island

The apartment has just been renoved to very high standard with high quality fittings

The large windows at the front and back of the apartment allow a large amount light to enter during the day.

The bedroom is spacious and bright with a double bed ( matress is 180 x 200 cm).

The bathroom is roomy with a large shower. There a towels, soup for shower and hands,,shampoo,paper water,dry-hair,

A Fridge,freezer,microwave,washing machine, tumble dryer,kettle,toaster, Nespresso coffe machine with coffe capsules.There are also plenty of pots,pans and cooking utensils,kitchen paper,soup for diswasher,seasoning.

In the property there is a small but lovely balcony to observe the life of the city of Palma.

There are TV 47', Wifi is free of charge, and AIR conditioning ,modern kitchen with fully equipped,comes complete with oven, indution placs,dishwasher, washing machine, dry machine ....

There is a welcome pack ( included in price): bottle water, milk, sugar,salt, tea, pasta bag and fruits

Great holiday

Would recommend this apartment for the location,facilities,cleanliness and helpfulness of Ana,the owner. Situated in the centre of the old town,access to buses,,trains,restaurants,cathedrals and shops is excellent.

Attention to detail was excellent with lots of information inside the apartment including books,maps magazines and DVD's.

Our 3 week stay has been a pleasure.

Perfect spot in the Old Town

Lovely apartment, much more spacious than expected. Right in the heart of the Old town and surrounded by excellent links for transport, enough restaurants and bars to keep anyone busy and directly above a great bakery for breakfast. Ana was great, very flexible for times even at a busy time of the year. The apartment is decorated to a high modern standard, lovely and clean, light and very good air con. Highly recommended - we loved it.

Beautiful Appartment in Superb Location

Having just returned from a month's stay in this appartment I can highly recommend it to anybody wishing to visit Palma and the island in general. Anna, the owner, is extremely helpful and welcoming which adds to the feeling of spending a very good vacation! I would definitely recommend this appartment - it has everything you could possibly need and I hope to return in the not too distant future.

Perfect Stay in Palma !

We had a 5 week stay in Palma. The apartment was really good. The location is perfect in the center of Old Town. You can walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, museums etc. The apartment is new and the amenities are high standard. The bed is better than in most 5 star hotels. We love to come back next year. Thanks to the friendly owner Ana.

Superb apartment.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. The owner accommodated our early Sunday arrival and hand delivered our deposit at a time to suit us before we left. The apartment is situated close to the centre of Palma, a fantastic base for exploring the surrounding area.

Highly recommended, stylish apartment

Just got back from a weeks’ stay at this lovely apartment right in the heart of Palma. It has everything you could ever need and more (e.g. dishwasher, washing machine and even a drier!) and everything is superbly clean and modern, as per the description. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home if you prefer, although there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity to choose from. There are so many designer shops to visit within a few minutes’ walk, in fact I’ve never seen so many shops in one locality ever!! There are lots of cycle paths along the beach front and the harbour areas and many people hire bikes, which is a great way to get about. The owner, Ana was very friendly and helpful – she even organised a DVD player for us, which was greatly appreciated – thanks again Ana. I cannot recommend this apartment enough, as the location is great and it’s very stylish.
