This beautiful villa lies in an outstanding location, Cala Baladrar, one of the most stunning bays of the Costa Blanca. It is only 5 minutes away from the charming fishermen´s village of Moraira, known for its spectacular sand beaches and its crystalline water.

The villa offers you a DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. You will find that this is the perfect place to swim and to snorkel, thanks to the great richness of the local submarine flora and fauna.

Its fantastic location on top of a small cliff will allow you to enjoy MAGNIFICENT PANORAMIC VIEWS of the sea and of the Peñon of Ifach´s Natural Park. The villa has several large terraces decorated with different trees and plants perfect for reading enjoying a family meal while admiring the sea. Another fantastic area of the house is its large outdoor patio, the ideal place for a siesta in the shade, listening to the soothing sound of the waves.

The main house is divided into two different floors connected by an indoor staircase. The top floor holds 3 bedrooms; two have a double bed and one two single beds and one bathroom with a bathtub. The three rooms offer fantastic sea views and the two double bedrooms have their own balcony. Bedroom number 4 and its bathroom with shower are found on the lower floor. Room number 5, adjoining the house, has an ensuite bathroom with shower and an independent access.

The kitchen is modern and has a large pantry. It opens on one side of the living room and on the other side to the barbecue area and a shaded outdoor lounge. It also has access to the front terrace, which offers the most spectacular sea views of the entire house.

The villa’s harmonious decoration, its antique furniture and the exposed wooden beams, bring warmth and comfort to this beautiful traditional house.

Moraira is a quiet town on the Costa Blanca with a large network of active tourism services throughout the year. The orientation of the coast and the mountains position of its surroundings provide a microclimate that guarantees an average annual temperature of 18 degrees. Moraira is an old fishing enclave and port of shipment of raisins produced in the municipality. Thanks to tourism has become a booming commercial area equipped with all kinds of services for the thousands of visitors who choose this area to enjoy their day of rest. All the core generally is a magnificent showcase modern and able to meet any business requirement. Its charm lies in having grown dramatically without neglecting their special flavor typical fishing port. Proof of this is the fish auction held Tuesday through Sunday at the Market.

The 8 km of coastline available to offer visitors opportunities to swim in the sandy beaches of rocks in creeks or open beaches, all with qualities that have made them worthy of the blue flag of the European Community. Making a tour of the coast we find La Cala, small rocky beach with clear water, little frequented because of its difficult access (by sea or walking the ravine). By boat we can go around the Cape (Cap d'Or), to find the Playa del Portet, small shell-shaped cove collection of crystal clear water and becomes a magnificent place to take a leisurely swim. It offers catering services, footbaths, parking and Red Cross. From there it can start the climb to the watchtower of Cap d'Or.
