Kinda banged up, but still pretty nice
Very Ugly water damage on the ceiling. Cracks in the tile. Walls all banged up. Furnishings were in pretty good shape. Mattresses were pretty cheap. Deck chairs were rusty and stain would rub off on you. Nice view of Pool, not too noisy either. Elevator waits could be long so nice that we could use stairs. Parking garage across street was always full and very tight in there, just parked in the two story annex garage next to main second tower. short walk to beach. enjoyed our short stay.

As there are signs of wear and tear through providing guests with suitable accommodations we do assure you that your stay would still be enjoyable and comfortable. Grand Panama has a number of negative factors. Parking is across the street, crossing the street with the heavy traffic flow sometimes took a lot of waiting and other times was dangerous. Unloading zones at the building are only four - not enough. Finding luggage carts was a waste of time and not enough for the size building. The kitchen disposal was broke, remotes didn't have batteries, and host of other miscellaneous issues. We sent an email about the disposal and two weeks later we still hadn't had a response. Not being able to contact anyone over the disposal and the other miscellaneous isses is the main reason it gets one star.
We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences that you endured during your stay. This was not what we intended for our guests and we are fully committed to making things right for you. For any miscommunication or misunderstandings, please know that it was never our goal to cause you any stress but to provide you with great accommodations for your vacation. We clearly missed the mark on a few things and we want you to know that we are determined to review each complaint thoroughly to see what new processes can be implemented. Since your departure, the disposal has been fixed and we are working proactively to address your concerns. Again, we apologize for the troubles and we appreciate you allowing us to host for your family getaway.
