We definitely enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. Our door never locked though, anyone could walk in. The first door to get in also never unlocked with the code. There was still quite a bit of sand when we first checked in, which is understandable. The remotes didn’t work and were broken in half.
Location was great though! Access to the beach was perfect as well. We will definitely be back.

Over the Top Satisfied
The listing was exactly the way i saw in the pictures. It was very clean and had a great vibe to it. Beds were comfortable and soft pillows (which is a big deal for me) the only thing is the dryer started making a loud noise one night, but I’m sure that’s just something that can be fixed easily. Overall very satisfied!!I look forward to next year, I will be staying again.

July 4th trip
I only had 2 people but the condo unit was perfect for just the two of us. It would’ve still be fine for us plus 2 children too. No complaints.
Good but could be better
The property was very nice, but the room need some TLC. The bed was uncomfortable, the decor looked like it came from the goodwill, bedding was old, and the kitchen was not stocked well at all (except for dishwasher detergent). There were no parking passes for us and it ate into my vacation time trying to sort it out. The representative (Robert) who I talked to was very unpleasant and seemed as if he really didn't enjoy his job. The people at guest services thought we were upset because he told him we had a problem with the parking passes, which looked bad on us. Other than that, things were great. This was my third stay at the Majestic and I will be back, maybe next time I will go directly through a private owner rather than Panama City Vacation Rentals.

It was good other than all the teenagers running around with the golfcarts late at night hooking they horns for no reanson

Room had not been cleaned. I was tired and had to wait 2 hours. No parking pass either.
The parking garage is a nightmare. Long walks to get there. Pool is small. Mgmt refused to credit me for not having room ready. How insulting.
We understand your frustration and disappointment with you stay. We apologize if we did not provide you with a great vacationing rental experience as this is what we pride ourselves in doing for our guests. For the delay and for any miscommunication on our end, we extend our deepest regrets. Although we cannot make changes regarding the structure of the condo, we can most definitely provide your concerns with the Condo Association. It was not our intent to cause you any aggravation. We were happy to hear know that you we were able to provide you with some consolation for the troubles.
