Excellent apartment

Excellent location. Very quiet. Sea is right over the road. Walking distance from everything. Walking distance from a supermarket and the train station, 2 min from a bus stop,5 min. from tennis courts, less then 10 min from Beaulieu beach. Pasable beach is also close.

An apartment is very comfortable, big enough, nicely decorated. You have everything you need.

We really enjoined the terrace, where we always had our meals and kids spent much time.

If I had any questions or problems an agent was always very helpful.

We spent in the apartment 7 weeks and in fact I liked everything. I even don't know what could be improved. The only thing that I may be would change is beds in a small bedroom. The apartment is perfect for a family with kids and it would be more practical to have two separate beds instead of one big.

Lovely family home

We spent 11 days in this apartment which felt like a home and not a rental apartment. Everything was according to the advert and photos on the web site. It was immaculately clean and contained everything necessary for a pleasant holiday, including comfortable beds.. The owner and her agent were very friendly. Everything necessary is within walking distance. The walks around Cap Ferrat are stunning, and both St Jean Cap Ferrat and Villefranche offer good restaurants and coffee shops. Daily shopping is better in Beaulieu. I would happily recommend this apartment and has in fact already done so to a family staying in another in the building that will be sold and no longer available.

Well appointed and commfortable apartment

My wife and I stayed in the apartment for seven weeks in early 2014. The details advertised were correct and everything worked including the wi fi that was on when we arrived. The photographs do not do justice to the apartment and we were pleasantly surprised as we entered directly from the easily accessible parking area into the unusually large entrance hall. The apartment, on the ground floor, is well furnished and was clean and tidy when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. The second double bedroom is not large, and the kitchen is small but quite acceptable with a large storage area adjacent to it. The spacious shower rooms are well appointed. The apartment is well designed with both the living room and the master bedroom overlooking, and opening onto, the south facing terrace garden. We were pleased to note that the large and well kept private garden in front of the apartment block was only accessible to the gardeners and not to residents or the public. The apartment, located on the Cap, is on a quiet road that runs parallel to the sea. We were not bothered by traffic noise. The apartment is ideally located with a chemist, vet, mini market and small beach (two minutes, and there are others on the Cap) close by. The small marina village of St Jean is a short drive along the Cap. At the town of Beaulieu, five minutes’ drive, and off the Cap, there is a beach, local market, supermarket and other shops, tennis courts and railway station with trains running between Nice and Monaco and beyond. Buses are cheap and bus stops are within walking distance of the apartment with buses running along the coast in both directions. The caretaker M. Xavier Bermond lives over the garages by the parking area and kept the outside of the apartments immaculate. He was always available, polite and helpful when needed. We would not hesitate to use this apartment again and thank Suzanne the owner for being so attentive during our stay.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette location. La propriétaire est très agréable et disponible. La location ne manque de rien et le petit jardin est un plus surtout avec un chien car il n'y a pas beaucoup d'herbe autour de l'appartement. La cuisine n'est pas très grande mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé. La voiture n'est pas utile, il faut compter environ 15 mn à pieds pour faire les courses à Beaulieu et 20 mn à pieds pour atteindre le port de Saint Jean Cap Ferrat (on peut y aller par les routes ou par une promenade très agréable le long de la mer qui part de beaulieu). Nous reviendrons surement un jour.

I spent 2 weeks in this wonderful house, with my parents and my boyfriend. They have been one my best Summer holidays in my life. House is very big, and the garden outside is very comfortable and gave us all the peaceful atmosphere we needed. With this accommodation each of us found what we needed: the seaside in front of the house for my mum, the garden and patio for my father in order to relax till night having dinner outside with his family, and for us 2 young persons that could reach Montecarlo in 10 minutes for night parties and very beach along Cote Azure. We really suggest this accommodation, the owner Mrs Susan was really really nice with us from booking till after the stay. I can only suggest to put better pictures because the place is really more and more better than in pictures, the house instead is perfectly as in picture and consider that it has all necessary (from kitchen supplies to house linen ). By me the house is an important feature that is the position: it is near (5 minutes) to Beaulieu Su Mer that is a fantastic small village looking on seaside, perfect for shopping and for its nice beach; from the house you can go directly to Cap Ferrat also on foot along a charming walk coasting the sea; the house is near to Montecarlo but also you can reach quickly Nice and all other places along Cote Azure. However the best feature is that in this house you can feel like at home and probably sometimes you can feel that it is better !

che magnifica tranquillità...

La principale caratteristica di questo appartamento è senz'altro la tranquillità e serenità che trasmette.

Io e mia moglie siamo stati molto bene nella casa e abbiamo tutte le colazioni e le cene sulla magnifica terrazza, che di sera è proprio rilassante.

Belle passeggiate nei dintorni, e con il bus comodissimo andare sia a Nizza che a Montecarlo. Una comodità non dover cercare il parcheggio!!

La casa è molto curata e bene arredata. C'è la cortesia di trovare a disposizione le prime necessità.

Molto soddisfatti credo che torneremo, grazie Susan!
