Imagine waking up to this fantasic view every morning!

This penthouse apartment accommodates up to 6 people. Step out on to the large balcony where you may relax and enjoy local delicacies whilst breathing in the panoramic sea views! Watch the blue, blue Mediterranean stretch from Golfe Juan in the foreground to Cannes and as far as the Esterel Mountains in the distance. Ideally situated in a new holiday complex, with direct access to Juan les Pins sandy beach, it has everything you need for a wonderful holiday close at hand!

There are 2 double bedrooms, shower room, separate WC, fully equipped kitchen and open plan living room containing a double sofa-bed. There is a balcony and ample storage space.

Each room opens on to the large wrap-around balcony, which is fitted with retractable awnings to protect one from too much sun or the unlikely event of rain. If a breeze becomes too strong the awnings automatically return to their housing.

The balcony is equipped with 2 large tables and 8 chairs.

A wall and rail encircles the balcony to protect young and old alike.

The master bedroom contains a king sized bed, with ample wardrobe space. Its second door opens on to the balcony.

The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed which has a double bed below and single above. Its second door also opens on to the balcony.

The shower room contains modern shower fittings, double basins and ample storage space.

The separate WC has a useful basin and attractive tiles with horses on them, on the walls.

The open plan living room comes equipped with an attractive L shaped sofa-bed, which opens easily to reveal a ready-made bed. No need to pack your bedding away every time! By day it folds away to be a useful 5 seater sofa. Matching comfortable chairs are also provided. The large TV is fitted with limitless wifi.

The kitchen is equipped with built-in electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dish washer. On the work-top is a microwave, toaster and kettle. Its second door opens on to the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, crockery and utensils.

This apartment is tastefully furnished throughout.

The apartment comes with its own basement garage.

The apartment is situated in a gated holiday complex. The grounds of the complex are attractively cultivated and well maintained.

A swimming pool is very close to the apartment and is open from June until September.

The complex contains lovely bistros, bars and cafes, one of which is an internet cafe.

It also boasts a good supermarket, baker, hairdressers boutiques and fitness gym.

The grounds of the holiday complex are extensive and are beautifully designed with floral arched walkways, a lake with lilypads and wildlife, picnic areas, rose garden and even an open-air amphitheatre.

Everything one could require for a good holiday is close at hand!

The beautiful sandy beach is minutes away. All one needs to do is to walk through the beautiful gardens, through an underpass and one is right on the beach! The beach is lined with good quality restaurants, both for families or fine dining. There are also booths where ice creams, snacks, sandwiches etc.are available.

Bus stops are just outside the gates of the complex.

The railway station is about a kilometer distant. If that is too far to walk, a bus will take you nearby every 10 minutes or so.

Fabulous apartment , great location.

Lovely clean apartment with beautiful views. Positioned conveniently close to the beach and with use of a shared pool in beautiful grounds. Easy walk into Juan les Pins or Golfe Juan along the prom.The complex also has a well stocked supermarket on site and bus stops for easy access to Antibes, Nice and Cannes as well as the airport .Well equipped apartment with plentiful supply of towels, beach towels and bed linen and wifi!

We had a wonderful holiday , thank you .

The owner and property management company were both very easy to deal with and helpful.

Excellent location...gorgeous sea views

Our second time to stay at this property. Fantastic location with easy access to beach and public transport. Grocery shop, cafes and restaurants practically on the doorstep. The provision of linen, towels etc makes for light travelling. Found owner and agency staff helpful and flexible.

Wonderful location

Everything about this apartment is first class. It is very well equipped, the beds are comfy, it is light and airy and the views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. The well-stocked shops and restaurants are very convenient and the beach is a short stroll away. I cannot wait to return!

Beautiful apartment with stunning sea views in a great location. Easy access to Monaco and all the coastal towns on the French Riviera using trains or buses. Apartment contained everything we needed for a family holiday. Welcoming and approachable property manager. We can't wait to come back.

Our apartment has a fantastic panoramic view over the bay. A short walk through attractively cultivated gardens and then through an underpass takes you directly on to sandy Juan-les- Pins beach, lined with restaurants and cafes. Why not top-up your suntan by relaxing on the beach or take a dip in the sparkling Mediterranean sea? Please don't forget the sun-block!

About 400 meters from the apartment is a small ferry which transports its passengers to St.Tropez, the Isles of Lerins or Monaco.

Stroll along the promenade where a myriad of colourful boutiques selling clothes and souvenirs await. After an afternoon of shopping, perhaps a flutter in the Casino? Or, if not, a leisurely walk through the Pinewoods across the road from the Casino is home to the almost tame black squirrels which run along cables above your head and scurry down to enjoy the nuts you have brought for them.

If one goes west from the apartment, Golfe Juan is within easy walking distance. It boasts a marina, many lovely restaurants and shops and a good market on Friday mornings, selling fresh produce and flowers, as well as the usual clothes and bric-a-brac.

The scenic view of Golfe Juan and Cannes with the Esterel Mountains forming a backdrop, is truly spectacular!

The apartment is situated in a holiday complex, in which are situated a swimming pool, a good supermarket with baker, newsagent, lovely bistros, bars, cafes, including an internet cafe, hairdressers, boutiques and a fitness gym. Everything you need is right on your doorstep.

For the more adventurous, a short bus ride (all fares are 1 Euro) or healthy walk, will take you to the ancient town of Antibes, where you will find all the fresh produce you need in the popular Provincial Market from Monday to Friday. On the same site at weekends the arts and crafts market takes over. For brocante and general markets, Thursday is your day.

Chateau Grimaldi houses the Picasso Museum which is the tower in the old part, much loved by photographers.

Also in Antibes is a lovely little theatre and many wonderful restaurants and shops. Or why not browse round the marina, admiring the millionaires' yachts?

A bit futher afield, in Biot, is Marineland, where penguins, seals, polar bears, orca and dolphins go through their paces for enthralled onlookers.

Across the road is Antibesland - themepark paradise for teenagers and older children.

Around 20 minutes on a bus in the opposite direction takes one to the chic resort of Cannes. This is shoppers heaven! Also, it is the place to see and be seen. May is Cannes Film Festival month, so celebrity watching is a great pastime!

After about 25 minutes by train, or around an hour by bus (for only 1 Euro) one arrives in Nice, home to many Art Galleries and Museums of note.

Old Nice, with its narrow streets and beautiful antique lamps, has inspired many an artist and film maker. Here is home to the famous Flower Market from Tuesday to Sunday. On Mondays an Antique Market enjoys the site. Archaeologists may be interested to descend underground to see the Roman remains discovered when excavations were underway for the trams. Modern Nice boasts architecture and a tram system which is the envy of the world. Place Massena with its statues of naked men, sitting serenely atop high columns change colour by night. At one corner of the Square is the shop with something for everyone - Gallery Lafayette.

There are so many interesting places in Nice - Hotel Negresco with its unique decor; Chateau Hill with its breathtaking view from the summit - don't worry - there is a lift or alternatively the Little Train, although the chateau itself is long gone! The variety of shops, restaurants, churches, and of course - the Promenade des Anglais!

About an hour on the train takes one to Monte Carlo and Monaco. Here one can admire the fabulous yachts, fabulous shops and fabulous Casinos! Or wander round the famous Monaco Grand Prix Circuit. Or climb the hill to the Prince's Palace where you may watch the Changing of the Guard or glimpse its occupants - Prince Albert and Princess Charlene!

If your taste is the biggest market in Europe then Ventimiglia in Italy on Fridays is the place to be. Back to back stalls stretch along the shore, selling their wares of clothes, handbags, leather goods, tablecloths, toys and souvenirs.

No holiday in the French Riviera is complete without a visit to St.Paul de Vence. It is like going back in time one thousand years. It is easy to see why artists have been so inspired here. An added bonus is the restaurant adjacent to St.Pauls called the Colombe d'Or.This restaurant, which is still owned by the world-renowned Roux Family, was frequented by Miro, Braque, Chagall and of course, Picasso. It was in this restaurant that tasty dishes of food were exchanged for works of art by struggling artists. They are now worth a fortune.

These have been only a small selection of attractions available to you in the French Riviera.
