Wonderful ground floor two bedroom apartment, with en-suite bathroom and one shower room/cloakroom. Spacious bright open-plan living area, with all the machines. The location of this property makes the apartment quite unique- you are literally moments from the tube station and some of the best shops and yet the apartment is peaceful and quiet. In a very upmarket area of London, with numerous cafes, bars and pubs just around the corner. It is a short walk away from Portobello Road and Notting Hill Gate. Clean and fresh decor, light wooden flooring, carpeted master bedroom, top quality bedlinen. Looking out to some of the most expensive real estate in London, and greenery. You will be utterly amazed at how close you are to everything LONDON has to offer. Holland Park is just a five minute walk away. Wireless Internet included. Great Location

Two minutes from the tube station in a great area. We had a really good time. We also spent time in the local area - Holland park, Portobello Rd Market, local restaurant. Used nearby train station - Kensington Olympia to get to Warner Harry Potter. Comfortable flat with everything that you needed. Thanks for a really great stay.

City Break

Four friends enjoyed our trip to London and this flat was our base. It was just as described and location was fantastic. Communication with Yvonne was excellent and she made us very welcome. Hope to return in the future.

A great find

The property was exactly as advertised. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout. Yvonne is a delightful lady. The location is perfect for access to Holland Park Underground station. This gives wide ranging scope to easily explore east and west along the Central Line. Great selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants at various price points within very easy walking distance. We’ll be back. 10/10.

An absolute winner

This property has everything you need. Close to the tube ( really close), shops and the parks (3). Beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable- i honestly cannot be happier with everything about it. The building is ugly- super ugly but honestly, it is not as if you stand outside staring at the building. The people who live in the apartment block are also incredibly polite.
